【考案の詳細な説明】
〔技術分野〕
本考案は電気錠が取付けられる門扉の構造に関

損されてしまう。このようなことからも従来にあ
つては第6図乃至第8図に示すように鋳造時に門
扉3′の側端面及び下端面に凹部18を設けてお
き塗装後配線12を凹部18に収納し、その上面
よりコーキング材19を充填し、その後同色の塗
装を手塗りで施していた。この為、配線部20の
外観に違和感を生じさせ、又配線12の保護も充
分でないだけでなく、施工後に内部の配線12を
変更したり、補修することができないという問題
があつた。

本考案は上記問題を解決するために為されたも
のであり、その目的とするところは、外観に違和
感を生じさせることなく配線を施すことができ、
しかも製作後は勿論のこと、施工後に内部の配線
を変更したり、補修したりすることができる門扉

本考案の門扉の構造は、一側にて門柱1に取付
けられ他側に電気錠2が取付けられる門扉3の他
側端部に配線用縦パイプ4を埋設すると共に門扉
3の下端部に配線用横パイプ5を埋設し、門扉3
の他側端部と下端部とでなすコーナ部を切り欠い
て配線用縦パイプ4と配線用横パイプ5の開口端
部4a、5aを露出させ、この切欠部6に被覆体
7を取付けて成るものであり、この構成により上
記目的を達成できたものである。即ち、門扉3の
他側端部に配線用縦パイプ4を埋設すると共に門
扉3の下端部に配線用横パイプ5を埋設している
ので、これら配線用パイプを介して製作後は勿論
のこと、門柱1への取付け施工後に内部の配線を
変更したり、補修することができ、しかもコーナ
部の切欠部6において配線用縦パイプ4と配線用
横パイプ5の開口端部4a,5aを露出させてい
るので、コーナ部での配線も簡単にでき、更にこ
の切欠部6に被覆体7を取付けているので、外観
を損なうことがないものである。

部に配線用横パイプ5を埋設している。門扉3の
他側端部と下端部とでなすコーナ部は後面側を立
方体状に切り欠いており、この切欠部6に配線用
縦パイプ4と配線用横パイプ5の開口端部4a、
5aを露出させている。この切欠部6には被覆体
7をビス8により着脱自在に取付けられる。この
門扉3の側端部のほぼ中央部の前面側には取つ手
9が取付けられており、後面側には電気錠固定カ
バー10を介して電気錠2が取付けられる。又門
扉3の他側端部の下端には落とし棒11が上下動
自在に取付けられている。電気錠の配線12は配
線用縦パイプ4と配線用横パイプ5を通して施さ
れるが、通常入線しにくいコーナ部において切欠
部6を形成して配線用縦パイプ4と配線用横パイ
プ5の開口端部4a、5aを露出させているの
で、第1図に示すようにケーブルを切欠部6で一
旦撓ませて取付けることができ、簡単に取付ける
ことができる。又、配線用縦パイプ4と配線用横
パイプ5とは別体であるので、例えば第5図に示
すように一体の配線用パイプ13をコーナ部で屈
曲させて門扉3″に埋設した場合と比較したとき
には、後者にあつてはデザイン上配線用パイプ1
3の屈曲部のアールに制約を受け小さく成らざる
を得ないので配線を施しにくくなるが、実施例に
あつてはこの難点が削除される。更に、この切欠
部6は後面側に設けられており、しかも被覆体7
を取付けているので外観が見苦しくなることがな
い。この配線の一端は配線用縦パイプ4を通して
電気錠2に接続され、他端は配線用横パイプ5を
通して配線ボツクス14に接続され、配線ボツク
ス14を介して室内でコントロールされる。この
配線12は、門扉3の門柱1への取付け施工後で
あつてもよいが、門扉3の鋳造後又は塗装後に可
能である。第1図に示すように他方の門柱体15
には同じ外観の門扉体16が一側にて開閉自在に
取付けられ、他側に門扉3の電気錠2の受け座1
7に挿脱自在に挿入されるデツドボルトが取付け

で、外観を損なうことがないものである。
