One possible method is to place the shielding panel 5 on the beam 3.

If you do this, beam 3
Even if the beam 3 is tilted and its end portion attempts to spring up, the guide rail 12 restrains the upper surface of the guide roller 6, so that such lifting of the beam 3 can be prevented.

It is quite heavy at around 2000Kg. In the past, braking was adjusted only by humans using their own force, but due to mounting errors and aging of wheel rails, etc., rail 2
Also, since the beam 3 is pushed out by several people, the beam 3 cannot be operated with uniform force, and if the beam 3 starts to run away unexpectedly, the weight of the beam 3 is so large that it becomes impossible to brake it with the power of several operators, and it becomes extremely difficult. It is a danger.

I-beam steel, surface truss, etc. are used, but because the storage width is narrow and the fulcrum span is long relative to the length, the height is high due to deflection, resulting in an unstable shape. And even if I wanted to run it with wheels 4 attached, I couldn't get enough of the wheelbase due to storage issues.
There is a risk of the vehicle meandering, causing the wheels to get stuck in the rail 2, or causing the vehicle to overturn.

The upper end of the panel 5 is sandwiched between the press molds 24 and the paint 25 is poured using the upwardly protruding portion as a formwork. At this time, if the press die 24 is provided with an appropriate tapered surface or arcuate surface, a good chamfered finish can be obtained on the outer surface of the paint 25 at once, and the film thickness can also be made uniform.
