Claims (1)
- ＲＡＭへの給電停止時に前記ＲＡＭに格納され
ているデータを保存するためのメモリ内容保存回
路において、前記ＲＡＭへの給電時に充電が可能
であり、前記給電停止時に前記ＲＡＭに格納され
ているデータを保存するために放電される電気二
重層コンデンサおよび２次電池と、該２次電池の
電圧を監視する電圧監視手段と、該電圧監視手段
により前記２次電池の電圧が前記ＲＡＭに格納さ
れているデータを保存するに必要な電圧以下とな
つたことが識別されたときにのみ前記２次電池の
充電を許可する手段とを設けたことを特徴とする
メモリ内容保存回路。
