Claims (1)
電極が形成されたエネルギー閉じ込め型の圧電振
動子と、誘電体基板の一方の主表面に二つの電極
を有し他方の主表面に共通電極を有するコンデン
サと、3本の端子を平行に植設したベースとを備
えたコンデンサ内蔵型セラミツク発振子において
、3本の端子は側面の一部が同一平面上に位置し
てベースを貫通し、かつ該平面と直角な方向の径
寸法が中央の端子を他の2本の端子よりも小さく
なされており、3本の端子の同一平面上にある側
の側面にコンデンサの電極がそれぞれ接続され、
両端の2本の端子における反対側の側面に圧電振
動子の電極がそれぞれ接続されていることを特徴
