量調整用ダンパー10を調整しながら排ガスの一
部を燃焼室6へ循環させ、ドラム3内へ送り込む
熱風温度を低下させて廃材を極度に加熱さないた
めのものである。したがつて新規骨材を加熱する
時には、ダンパー10は閉じ、排風機11は駆動
