貼設しかつ加硫後に、模様の鮮明化のためにその
表面を薄くバフ加工して、色付ゴム表面を表出す
るものであり、作業工程が複雑である。

本考案は、剥離紙もしくはプラスチツクフイル

分を切抜きこの切抜き部分にタイヤの表面とは異
色の彩色部分を設けた厚さ1mm以下、しかも加硫
タイヤの表面への圧着による自然加硫もしくは熱
圧着により加硫され前記タイヤの表面に転写され
る薄膜ゴム層を、前記基材から剥離可能に貼着し
てなるタイヤ用の転写シートである。

クフイルムよりなる基材2の片側に薄膜ゴム層3
が貼着されている。ここで薄膜ゴム層3は、自然

剤を含むゴム配合で構成されており、例えば天然
ゴム、合成ゴム……等のゴム成分にカーボンブラ
ツク10〜50重量部、老化防止剤、加硫促進剤等の
配合剤を配合した組成物である。薄膜ゴム層3
は、タイヤ表面と同色の黒地部分3aとタイヤ表
面とは異色であつて模様もしくは記号を表出する
彩色部分3bとで構成され、両者は異なつたゴム
配合も用いられる。次に薄膜ゴム層3は1mm以下
の厚さとし、模様の境界でのゴム流れを防ぐ。該
転写シートを用いてタイヤ表面に模様を転写する
には、薄膜ゴム層3の表面を加硫タイヤのタイヤ
表面、例えばサイドウオール部表面に圧着もしく
は熱圧着し、しかる後基材2を薄膜ゴム3から剥
離除去することにより行うことができる。第1図
に示すように、彩色部分3bは基材2と反対面に
表れしかも基材2の剥離によつて表れれるのであ
るから、彩色部分3bが黒色部分3aを切抜き、
この切抜き部分に形成されているのは明らかであ
る。転写はアイロン等により熱圧着する場合、薄
膜ゴム層3は同時に加硫が起こり、所定時間経過
後、転写模様は表面の損傷によつても安定した模
様を維持している。一方圧着によつて転写した場
合、自然加硫により薄膜ゴム層3の模様を安定化
することもできる。なお薄膜ゴム層3の露出面に
も粘着力の低下を防ぐ剥離シートを配することも
できる。
