``Conventional technology'' Because electricity itself is invisible to the electric power company's equipment, it is impossible to detect danger even if you approach a dangerous area. This is why accidents due to electric shock occur. Accidents often result in the loss of precious human lives. Naturally, the safety managers of the electric power companies that manage the equipment have implemented various safety measures. The most commonly used methods are ropes placed around the danger area and visual monitoring. In the case of the former, there are some cases where it may not be possible, such as when the distance is long or in a high place. Furthermore, it is not possible to stretch ropes around round, square, or triangular dangerous areas in a curved manner. Even if it were possible, it would be very difficult and would require time and energy. Furthermore, even in the case of visual observation, it is difficult to continue monitoring with the eyes, and the human eye creates an illusion, which can be even dangerous. Naturally, hidden parts cannot be seen with the naked eye. Many people who encounter electric shock accidents are people who have no knowledge of electricity. Most of the reasons for this are that electricity itself is invisible to the naked eye, but electric shock accidents also occur because people mistakenly believe that they will not be electrocuted unless they directly touch electrical equipment or wires. Electric shock accidents occur when the air insulation is broken and an electric shock occurs even if you do not directly touch electrical equipment or wires if they are not insulated. The dangerous distances for electrical shock due to breakdown of air insulation are as follows:

100V、200V 1m 6.6KV 1.2m 11KV〜44KV 2m 55KV〜77KV 2m〜2.4m 110KV〜187KV 3m〜4.6m 220KV 5.2m 275KV 6.4m 500KV 10.8m 近年発電所の場所が消費地より遠方になるため

100V, 200V 1m 6.6KV 1.2m 11KV ~ 44KV 2m 55KV ~ 77KV 2m ~ 2.4m 110KV ~ 187KV 3m ~ 4.6m 220KV 5.2m 275KV 6.4m 500KV 10.8m In recent years, power plants are located farther away from consumption areas ( especially (In the case of nuclear power plants, due to difficult location conditions, they are located far away)Increasingly, power is transmitted by increasing the voltage of the power line in response to voltage drop during power transmission.
On the other hand, improvements in construction machinery such as large construction cranes that accompany large-scale construction of skyscrapers, expressways, etc. are also a factor in shortening the dangerous distance. Furthermore, even if ropes are installed, it is difficult to deal with construction work because the location or height changes depending on the progress of the construction work.

``Means for Solving the Problems'' In order to achieve the above purpose, this proposal is equipped with a monitor television and a television camera of the television, and an image processing device indicated by a dotted line with a sensor that displays the danger area shown on the screen of the television. A specific device is a danger prediction safety countermeasure device comprising a contact signal device for transmitting an image of an object that contacts the sensor point on the screen, and a device for receiving the signal from the signal device is placed on the side of the object at the scene, The danger prediction safety measure device described in the above specified invention, in which the processing device is equipped with a sensor unit whose sensor dotted line can be set with a light pen.The monitor television and the television camera are connected by wire, and the contact signal device sends a wireless alarm. The danger prediction safety measures device described in the above invention is a device. The danger prediction safety measures device described in the above invention is constituted by the danger prediction safety measures device described in the above invention which is wireless instead of wired.

"Operations and Examples" (1) First, the television camera 2 and the alarm monitoring control device 10
The television camera 2 is connected to the alarm monitoring control device 10 by a wire 9 using a coaxial cable. Since the coaxial cable can be extended for several hundred meters, the camera 2 can be installed at any location.

(2) Up to three TV cameras 2 can be installed as standard. This is TV camera 2 from 3 directions.
Three-dimensional monitoring is possible by taking pictures. Also, by using various lenses of TV camera 2,
You can also change the monitoring distance, such as wide-angle or telephoto. By using an electric zoom lens, there is no need to change the lens, and the alarm monitoring control device 1
With the zoom operation function of 0, images can be set while viewing the monitor television 1.

(3) After the installation of the TV cameras 2 is completed, the sensor area (dangerous area 3) is set for each camera 2 while still capturing the monitor TV 1, but the sensor images are processed from the sensor unit 5' to the monitor TV 1 at the same time. A total of 3328 sensor points 4, 64 horizontal points and 52 vertical points, are arranged on the entire surface of the monitor screen. Normally, sensor point 4 is not visible on the screen, but when you hit it with a light pen, sensor point 4 appears as a square approximately 2.5 meters wide. By connecting these points, a sensor area (dangerous area 3) is created. When this sensor point 4 is touched by an object 6 on the television screen through the television camera 2, the sensor point 4 outputs a signal from the touch signal device 7.

(4) In this way, create a sensor area (danger area 3) for each camera 2. Images for each camera 2 can be switched by a channel switch built into the alarm monitoring control device 10. Once the sensor area is completed, it is possible to monitor it as it is, or to temporarily turn off the completed sensor area and display only the sensor point 4 that was contacted in the event of an alarm. This is because when a large number of sensor points 4 are used, it is effective to confirm at which position an alarm has been issued. In addition, this device was developed as a hazard prediction safety measure device for on-site construction.
One advantage is that once the sensor area has been created, the sensor points 4 can be easily recreated using a light pen depending on the progress of the construction work.

(5) Although the above settings are in the state of sensor monitoring, the practical function is not satisfied. In other words, when an alarm occurs, if three TV cameras are used, which camera 2 detected the alarm? It is necessary to display it on monitor TV 1. Camera 2 that instantly senses an alarm by automatic switching device 11 built into alarm monitoring and control device 10 of this device
Project the image on monitor TV 1, and then (4)
By displaying the sensor point 4 in the section, the alarm sensing part can be determined.

(6) In order to further enhance practical functions, it is natural to activate an alarm buzzer and light on the alarm monitoring and control device 10, but when construction is being carried out, there is a high possibility of electric shock. person with 1
It is important to inform 2. Therefore, the alarm monitoring and control device 10 of this device is equipped with a wireless alarm transmitter that automatically transmits an alarm wirelessly, and a person 12 who is carrying the transmitter wireless alarm transmitter 8 and who is at risk of an electric shock accident Or by having it at 12',
This allows for early warning of danger and the ability to stop construction.

"Effects" Since the present invention is configured as described above, there is no need to install boundary equipment at the site of the dangerous area 3, and it is not only possible to remotely monitor objects 6 entering the dangerous area 3, but also to issue a warning to the objects 6 entering the area. You can prevent danger by giving the following information.
