ド、ポリフェニレンサルファイド、フッソ樹脂等が用い
られ、必要に応じてタルク、クレー、炭酸カルシュラム
、水酸化アルミニューム、シリカ等の無機質粉末充填剤
を添加することができる。又樹脂は、不織布とガラス布
によって樹脂を変えることもできる。金属箔としては銅
、アルミニューム、鉄、ニッケル、亜鉛等の単独、合金
、複合箔がもちいられ、必要に応じて金属箔の片面には
、接着剤層を設けておくことができる。積層一体化とし
ては、プレス、多段プレス、マルチロール、エンドレス
