Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated board using unwoven cloth with a mark printed and a glass cloth as base materials by arranging a resin-impregnated glass cloth base material to the upper and/or lower surface of a resin-impregnated unwoven base material having a mark printed, providing a metal foil to the upper surface and/or lower surface of such base material and integrally laminating these materials. CONSTITUTION:A required number of sheets of resin-impregnated glass cloth base material are arranged to the upper and/or lower surface of unwoven cloth base material in order to give a mark to discriminate a manufacturer on the surface of laminated board surface. Moreover, a laminated board arranging a metal foil to the upper surface and/or lower surface is integrally laminated. The unwoven cloth used here is an inorganic fiber such as glass, asbest, etc. As the resin impregnated into the base material, fenol resin and epoxy resin, etc., are used. In addition, as a metal foil, copper, aluminum, etc., are used. For the integral lamination, a desired means such as a press, multistage press, etc., is used. Thereby, the glass unwoven cloth printing a mark of manufacturer can be obtained.

The present invention is a laminate in which a required number of resin-impregnated glass cloth substrates are arranged on the upper and/or lower surfaces of a resin-impregnated nonwoven fabric substrate on which a required number of marks are printed, and metal foil is further arranged on the upper and/or lower surfaces. Since the electrical laminated board is characterized by being formed by laminating and integrating the following, the above object can be achieved, and the present invention will be described in detail below.

The nonwoven fabric used in the present invention includes inorganic fibers such as glass and asbestos, polyester, polyamide, polyacrylic,
Non-woven fabrics, mats, etc. made of organic fibers such as polyvinyl alcohol, polyimide, polyphenylene sulfide, polyphenylene oxide, fluororesin, and natural fibers such as cotton, must have a manufacturer's mark, etc., and the mark can be placed on any number of sheets. You can put it in. The glass cloth is not particularly limited, and any commonly used glass cloth can be used as is. As the resin to be impregnated into the base material, phenol, epoxy, unsaturated polyester, polyimide, polyamide, polyphenylene oxide, polyphenylene sulfide, fluorocarbon resin, etc. are used, and if necessary, talc, clay, calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, Inorganic powder fillers such as silica can be added. Further, the resin can be changed depending on the nonwoven fabric and the glass cloth. As the metal foil, single, alloy, or composite foils of copper, aluminum, iron, nickel, zinc, etc. can be used, and if necessary, an adhesive layer can be provided on one side of the metal foil. For lamination and integration, any means such as a press, multi-stage press, multi-roll, endless belt, etc. can be used.

以下本発明を実施例に基づいて説明する。The present invention will be explained below based on examples.
