本考案は、原稿を手動走査することにより、原
稿の画像を読み取る画像読取装置に関するもので

ように配置されるカバー部材と、上記透明部材に
接触できるようにカバー部材に設けられ、カバー
部材の移動に伴つて透明部材に沿つて移動する清
掃部材とを備えたことを特徴とするものである。
