期信号と同期をとりつつ取込むことにより前記光
軸の遮光状態を検出する判定手段とを具備し、 前記判定手段は、前記各光軸の状態を少なくと
も前回の走査時について記憶し遮光状態が複数回
数の走査にわたつて繰返されたことを条件に判定
を行うように構成され、 前記同期信号生成手段は、前記同期用受光素子
が所定時間継続した受光状態とならなかつたとき
にはその前に入力された同期用受光素子からの受
光信号に基づくタイミングで同期信号を出力する
