The solid part of the paperboard is separated and suctioned to the upper suction roll 1 and the waste part to the lower suction roll 2 via the four opposite suction sections 3a, 4a. The suctioned real part is separated from the upper suction roll 1 via the exhaust section 3b of the suction/exhaust box 3, and is transferred to the perforated endless belt 13, which moves along the lower surface of the suction table 12, which is separately provided so as to be movable up and down. A slip sheet 16 is adsorbed to the lower surface side and sent between a guide plate 14 made of a flexible sheet and above an automatic stacking table 15 at fixed height intervals to prevent the load from collapsing.

Of the paperboard separated into a real part and waste part through the paperboard 2, the real part is attracted to the lower surface of the endless porous belt 13 that moves along the lower surface of the suction table 12 and is sent above the automatic stacking table 15. This porous endless belt 13
The suction table 12 provided above is the first stage suction table 1
8 and a second stage suction table 19, which are connected to each other so as to be bendable. In this case, the second stage suction table 19 is suspended from the base via an eccentric mechanism, and the tip of the first stage suction table 18 is pivotally supported by the base via a shaft. For this reason, the second stage suction table 19 repeatedly moves up and down via an eccentric mechanism that rotates continuously as the porous endless belt 13 moves, and as a result, when descending,
The entire suction table 12 is bent as a pivot point at the tip of the first stage suction table.

られるのである。 The bending operation of each suction table 18, 19 is performed in conjunction with the movement of the upper and lower suction rolls 1, 2 and the endless porous belt 13 via an appropriate control mechanism. When the upper and lower suction rolls 1 and 2 start rotating when they rise by about 1/3, and after the second stage suction table 19 reaches its upper limit, it starts to descend and rises by about 2/3.
3, the upper and lower suction rolls 1 and 2 are stopped when the upper and lower suction rolls 1 and 2 are lowered, and the porous endless belt 13 also moves intermittently in accordance with the driving of the upper and lower suction rolls 1 and 2, and further operates in synchronization with the insertion of interleaf sheets. As a result, the real part that is attracted to the lower surface of the endless porous belt 13 and sent on the guide plate 14 is guided in accordance with the refraction of each suction table 18, 19, and is reliably advanced without falling to the automatic stacking table. 15, and when the stack reaches a certain height, an interleaf paper 16 is placed, and the stack is further advanced.

に行わせるようにするのが好ましい。 At this time, the refraction operation of the suction table and the operation of the perforated endless belt are interconnected, and the real part sucked into the suction table via the perforated endless belt is transferred to the automatic stacking table.
To do so, move the perforated endless belt that has sucked the real part a required distance until the real part is directly above the automatic stacking table, stop it at that position, and then stack the real part on top of the automatic stacking table. The second stage suction table is lowered by bending each suction table via the pivot part so that the part can be released from the suction state by an appropriate means and pressed lightly downward against the upper surface of the mounted real part. It is necessary to activate it. At this time, if the distance between the belt and the upper surface of the real parts that are stacked in an orderly manner, that is, the gap, is too narrow, the alignment of the real parts may be disturbed due to the movement of the belt. It is preferable to start after the refraction of the suction table has somewhat recovered and the second-stage suction table has risen.

Suction cup 2 of transfer belt 22, 22
6, 26, and this paper is attached to the suction cup 26, 2.
6, and then the transfer belts 22, 22
is transported to the upper part of the real part of the sedimentary layer. This suction cup 26 is attached to the transfer belt 22 as shown in FIG.
It is attached via a cylinder 31 to an arm piece 30 that is fixed to the body, and is constantly lowered by a spring 32, but as shown in FIG. It is moved by a transfer belt 22 and is in a descending state at the same time as it is released. Transfer belt 2
2 and 22 are driven by a servo motor 27 based on an encoder 33 attached to the shaft of a pulley 20 for driving the endless porous belt 13 and a specified count signal. When this transfer is finished, the suction cup 2
6 and 26 release the interleaving paper and return to the initial position. The relationship between the upper surface of the interleaving paper and the lower surface of the second stage suction table 19 in this case will be explained with reference to FIG.
The vertical movement stroke of 3 is 3 , and it reaches the upper limit when inserting the interleaving paper, and 2
only located above. This 2 is 2 ≒ 1 / for the vertical stroke 1 of the second stage suction table 19
It has become 3. When the suction cup 26 returns after the transfer, the suction cup 26 is located 4 degrees below the upper surface of the real part deposited layer. In this way, the return is performed without interfering with the inserted mount. FIG. 7 is a timing diagram showing the relationship between the vertical movement of the second-stage suction table 19 and the movement of inserting paper shown in FIG. indicates the movement of inserting a slip sheet.

This paper pattern can be easily removed by cutting off a commercially available adhesive film in the same way as a seed paper using a punching machine, and can be stacked as described above. This has the advantage that it is possible to prevent the loaded real part from collapsing and to insert interleaf sheets for partitioning the number of sheets in an extremely reliable and rational manner.
