etc. It is used in various fields. This piezoelectric vibrator can only obtain a highly accurate oscillation frequency when it is incorporated into an oscillation circuit, etc.
Instead of handling the piezoelectric vibrator as a single unit, the piezoelectric vibrator and the oscillation circuit are now being integrated and used as a piezoelectric oscillator. These devices have also been developed to achieve miniaturization and high reliability.

As shown in the perspective view of Fig. 1, a piezoelectric oscillator is usually constructed by applying a printed resistor 12 on an insulating substrate 11 made of ceramic or the like, and providing conductive parts such as silver palladium at the places where various parts are placed. An oscillation circuit is constructed by soldering ICs, transistors 13, capacitors 14, and other electronic components that have been miniaturized by chipping. The support 16 of the piezoelectric vibrator 15 is also placed on the conductive part on this insulating substrate 11, but since the piezoelectric oscillator is miniaturized and the support has a complicated shape from the viewpoint of handling. Conventionally, a simple cylindrical support 16 has been used, but after applying an appropriate amount of a fixing material such as a conductive adhesive to the top surface of the support 16, the piezoelectric vibrator 15 provided with an excitation electrode is mounted. However, since the adhesive surface of both the support and the piezoelectric vibrator was almost flat, the contact area was small and the adhesion was poor, so it would come off with a light tap, resulting in poor strength. There was an element of instability. Also,
When the amount of conductive adhesive increases, there is no escape on the top surface of the cylindrical support, so there is a risk that excess conductive adhesive will flow into the insulating substrate and cause problems on the oscillation circuit. It also included

[Purpose and structure of the present invention] The present invention was devised to improve the above-mentioned drawbacks, and it increases the contact area between the piezoelectric vibrator and the support to achieve more reliable adhesion, and also uses conductive adhesive. This prevents any problems even when the amount of the agent is large.

In order to achieve the object of the present invention, the present invention provides a support for a piezoelectric oscillator of a piezoelectric oscillator in which a piezoelectric vibrator is mounted on an insulating substrate, the support is provided with a support that is substantially parallel to the insulating substrate. A piezoelectric vibrator having a configuration in which there is a placing part and a vertical part whose surface is substantially perpendicular to the placing part, the end of the piezoelectric vibrator is brought into substantially contact with the vertical part, and a retention part of the fixing member is provided in the vertical part. It is a support for the child.

The support 21 is a cubic block shaped piece that is processed into one step like a staircase, and the lower step is a piezoelectric vibrator 15.
The central part of the vertical part 24 of the surface extending almost perpendicularly from the lower stage to the upper stage is hollowed out into a semi-cylindrical shape, and this semi-cylindrical shape is used as the conductive adhesive reservoir part 23. It is structured as follows.

This mounting section 22 serves as a stand for mounting the piezoelectric vibrator 15, which is indicated by a broken line in the figure, and the reservoir section 23 is used for more secure attachment and for assembly work. This is to prevent the conductive adhesive from adhering to unnecessary parts and deteriorating the characteristics of the piezoelectric vibrator 15 when the amount of conductive adhesive increases. In addition,
Description of the conductive adhesive is omitted in the drawings.

To assemble, first apply a conductive adhesive near the pool 23 in the center of the support 21 near the boundary between the mounting section 22 and the vertical section, and then place the piezoelectric vibrator 15 on the mounting section 22. do. At this time, the conductive adhesive is
The piezoelectric vibrator 15 is pushed by its own weight, and the adhesive surface spreads and is fixed. However, in this case, the bonding surface is narrow and there is a possibility of it coming off, so in order to further strengthen the bond, conductive adhesive is applied to the reservoir 23 and fixed between the side surface and both main surfaces of the piezoelectric vibrator 15. It is. Further, even when the amount of conductive adhesive is small, by applying the conductive adhesive from this reservoir 23, it can be firmly fixed. Furthermore, when the amount of conductive adhesive is large, normally it would flow into the insulating substrate, but in the case of the present invention, the unnecessary conductive adhesive crawls up due to the reservoir 23 and the conductive adhesive just flows into the insulating substrate. It looked as if it had been applied later, and the adhesive surface between the support 21 and the piezoelectric vibrator 15 was expanded, making it possible to achieve even stronger adhesion. Furthermore, since the area where the adhesive surface spreads is at the end of the piezoelectric vibrator, which has almost no effect on the vibration of the piezoelectric vibrator, it is possible to achieve stronger adhesion without deteriorating the characteristics of the piezoelectric vibrator. Ta.

[Effects of the present invention] The present invention provides a support for a piezoelectric vibrator used in a piezoelectric oscillator, etc. When the piezoelectric vibrator is placed on the support, the support has a placement portion that extends almost perpendicularly to the placement portion. A pool is provided at the location where a fixing member such as a conductive adhesive is applied to the surface, and after the piezoelectric vibrator is once fixed to the piezoelectric vibrator, the conductive adhesive is further applied to the pool. This allows the piezoelectric vibrator to be more firmly fixed to the support. In addition, if the amount of conductive adhesive is large, the conductive adhesive will rise into the pool and be able to adhere to the sides and both main surfaces, expanding the adhesive area.
It can be fixed more firmly. Furthermore, since there is a pooling part, when there is a large amount of conductive adhesive, unnecessary conductive adhesive no longer flows into the insulating substrate, which is the lower part of the support, and causes problems.

In the embodiment, a block-shaped support has been described, but a cylindrical support may be similarly processed. Further, the reason why the reservoir part is formed into a semi-cylindrical shape is simply for ease of processing, and the shape may be any shape.
