導電体部が円周面上に交互に配置され、前記研削
工具との導通状態で研削工具と一体的に回転する
整流部材と、前記研削工具の加工面との間に間隔
を有して配置された電極体と、前記整流部材が陽
極となると共に電極体が陰極となるように直流電
流を印加する直流電源と、前記研削工具の加工面
と電極体との間に弱電性クーラントを供給するク
ーラント供給手段とを備えていることを特徴とす
