Claims (1)
- 長尺管の軸方向に形成された溶接部のリーク箇
所あるいはリーク箇所の有無をヘリウムスニツフ
ア法により検出する装置において、前記溶接部の
外側に配置され、その両側部が前記長尺管に接着
された長尺のシール部材と、前記長尺管と前記シ
ール部材との間に形成された検出空間の一端側に
接続されたキヤリヤガス供給装置と、前記長尺管
の一端側に接続されたヘリウムガス供給装置と、
前記検出空間にソープシヨンポンプを介して接続
されたヘリウムリークデイテクタとを備えたこと
を特徴とする長尺管溶接部のリーク試験装置。
