本考案は上記の問題点を解決すべく研究開発の結
果、ボールの支持杆に万一、掌部が接当してもボ
ールの支持杆が後退し、掌部の破損を防止すると
共に、円滑なボールの供給が保障し得るボール供
給装置を提供する目的で考案されたものである。

断面円弧形のボールの抱持板である。10は抱持
板回転軸8の下端部に、横方向に揺動すべく固着
した連結杆である。11は上端部を連結杆10の
一端部に固定し、下半部は、回転投球腕2とチエ
ン掛けにて連動するスプロケツト12の側面に設
けた揺動ピン13に添接すべく略鉛直方向に設け
た揺動杆である。14は揺動杆11の下端側に切
り込み形成した滑動溝15内に揺動方向に挿入し
た案内杆である。16,16は前記ボール支持杆
6の先端側とボールの支持が可能な間隔(ボール
支持巾)をあけた位置に、対向せしめて左右の位
置に前記ボール支持杆6の左右端部と平行方向に
円形状に設けたボール支持板である。17は連結
杆10の中間位置に掛止め牽引した牽引バネであ
