又、加熱室3の熱伝導をも伝えるようにエアーガ
イド4と加熱室3の両方の熱を伝えるようにエア
ーガイド4と加熱室3の境目近傍に設けていた。

ツクしてしまうと、更に、トランスに高電流が流
れ、トランス7の絶縁が劣化破壊し発煙発火し、
感電の危険すらあつた。

モータ2等の部品の異常温度上昇の速やかな検知
とともに加熱室内の異常温度上昇をも検知せし
め、安全性向上はもちろん、機器開発期間短縮、
経済性向上を図ることを目的とする。

高電流が流れ、トランス7の絶縁が劣化破壊し、
発煙発火し、感電の危険すらあつたし、マグネト
ロン1の冷却風が停止することになり、マグネト
ロン1が異常発熱をして真空度低下し再使用不能
になつたり、又、マグネトロン1が異常発熱をし
て、入力部の貫通コンデンサーが溶解し、感電す
る危険があつた。しかし、マグネトロン1の異常
発熱を温度過昇防止装置6が検知することになる
が、その以前に車内照明灯5の周囲の冷却風も停
止するので、その近傍の温度過昇防止装置6が検
知して電気回路を開路させ、高周波発振も停止さ
せることができ、上述したトランス3やマグネト
ロン1の異常を起こす以前に回路を開路でき非常
に安全な機器にすることができるのである。

り差し込まれビス締付されている。温度過昇防止
装置6の感熱面は庫内照明灯5の真上の上方のエ
アーガイド4にビス締付されている。

しめているので、 (1) 加熱室内の異常温度上昇した際には加熱室壁
からエアーガイドを伝熱して、唯一の温度過昇
防止装置が働き、高周波の発振を停止せしめ安
全な機器となる。また、マグネトロンの異常温
度上昇した際にも、マグネトロンからエアーガ
イドを伝熱して、唯一の温度過昇装置が働き、
高周波の発振を停止せしめ安全な機器となる。
また、フアンモータがロツクしてしまうと、冷
却風が停止するので、マグネトロンが異常に温
度上昇して、唯一の温度過昇防止装置が働き、
高周波の発振が停止し、マグネトロン、トラン
ス等が異常を起こす前に回路が開路し、安全な
機器となる。すなわち、3つの異常状態であれ
ば、従来例であれば、3個の温度過昇防止装置
が必要であつたが、本発明を実施することによ
り、唯一一個の温度過昇防止装置で3つの役目
を果たすので、非常に経済的である。

経済的な開発ができるのである。
