In each figure, 1 is a pillar, 2 is an upper chord member, 3 is a lower chord member, 4 is a lattice, and 5 is a reinforcing member, and each of these is made of a stainless steel pipe. 6 is a hole for inserting the upper chord member 2 formed in the strut 1, 7 is a hole for inserting the lower chord member 3 formed in the strut 1, 8 is a hole for inserting the lattice 4 formed in the upper chord member 2, and 9 is It is a hole for inserting the lattice 4 formed in the lower chord member 3. Reference numeral 10 denotes a stopper member that is inserted and arranged in these members (pipes) so that a part of the upper chord member 2, the lower chord member 3, and the notches formed at both ends of the lattice 4 project. Then, when the ends of the lattice 4 are inserted into the holes 8 of the upper chord member 2 and the holes 9 of the lower chord member 3, the stopper member 10 is pushed into the lattice 4 at the time of insertion, and the stopper member 10 is inserted after the insertion.
The anti-repulsive force of 10 restores and protrudes, so that the stopper member 10 is hooked on the inner wall surfaces of the upper chord member 2 and the lower chord member 3 and cannot be pulled out. When the upper chord member 2 and the lower chord member 3 are inserted into the holes 6 and 7 of the support column 1, the upper chord member 2 and the lower chord member 3 are inserted into the support column 1 in the same manner as above.
It will not be able to be pulled out. Reference numeral 11 denotes a stainless steel connecting pipe having an inner diameter slightly larger than the outer diameter of the strut 1, and at least one end portion (both end portions in this embodiment) of the connecting pipe 11 is squeezed by pressing means to The inner diameter is substantially the same as the outer diameter. Then, the reinforcing material 5 is previously fixed to the connecting pipe 11 by welding means in the factory, not in the construction site of the fence. 12 is a hole formed in the lower position of the support 1,
It is for draining the water that comes in from such places as water. Reference numeral 13 is a concrete base to which the support 1 is attached. Bolts 14 are embedded in the base 13 when the base 13 is constructed, and the bolts 14 are fixed to the base 13. Reference numeral 15 denotes a stainless steel first substrate arranged on the base 13, and 16 denotes a stainless steel second substrate arranged on the first substrate 15. The second substrate 16 has a pillar 1 at the center thereof.
A convex portion 17 having a diameter substantially the same as or slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the convex portion 17 is formed, and a hole 18 is formed in the central portion of the convex portion 17. Reference numeral 19 is a reinforcing pipe which is arranged substantially concentrically outside the convex portion 17 and whose base end portion is welded and fixed to the second substrate 16. Has an inner diameter larger than the outer diameter of the column, and its tip is configured to have substantially the same inner diameter as the outer diameter of the support column 1 by a diaphragm means such as a pressing means. Reference numeral 20 denotes a screw hole member fixed inside the lower portion of the support column 1 by means such as welding, and 21 denotes the screw hole. Reference numeral 22 denotes a bolt, which is screwed into the screw hole 21 of the screw hole member 20 attached to the strut 1 from below the second substrate 16 through the hole 18, whereby the strut 1 is attached to the second substrate 16. It is something that is fixed. Reference numeral 23 denotes a nut screwed to the bolt 14, and the second substrate 16
Is for fixing the first substrate 15 to the base 13 with the first substrate 15 interposed therebetween. To build a fence from each member configured as above,
Transfer each of these components to the fence construction site, and first place the first on the table 13.
The base 15 is placed, the bolt 22 is screwed onto the screw hole member 20 and the second base 16 is attached to the support 1, and the nut 23 is screwed onto the bolt 14. Fixed at 13. Further, when the lattice 4 is incorporated into the upper chord member 2 and the lower chord member 3 and then the latter is incorporated into the support column 1, if the connecting pipe 11 is inserted into the support column 1, the work for constructing the fence is completed. Therefore, the work efficiency of constructing the fence is extremely high, and the cost is accordingly low. In particular, it is not necessary to prepare the fence post 1 on the site before constructing the concrete stand, and various parts and materials are placed on the construction site, which makes management and storage easier. Is not expensive because there are not many materials prepared in advance. Furthermore, the column 1 may be damaged due to damage to the column 1 or other reasons.
When the replacement is required, the replacement work can be performed smoothly by removing the nut 23, and the cost is extremely low. Further, since work is not carried out at the fence construction site by using a fastening member for welding means or connecting pipes, the workability is high. In addition, it does not cause deterioration of appearance. Also, for example, when a fence is installed on the rooftop of a building, if tightening means is used to connect the pillar and the reinforcing material, if this tightening means becomes loose, it will fall. Although there is a risk of causing a personal injury, there is no such concern when the configuration of this embodiment is adopted. That is, since the reinforcing material 5 is attached to the support column 1 by the connecting pipe 11 to which the reinforcing material 5 is welded, workability,
Good safety and appearance. Since the connecting pipe 11 is configured such that the inner diameter of the portion excluding both ends thereof is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the support column 1,
Even if the reinforcing material 5 is welded to the connecting pipe 11, there is no need to worry about welding distortion, that is, even if welding distortion occurs, the connecting pipe
Since the welding distortion-corresponding portion 11 is configured to be large, the connecting pipe 11 can be inserted into the column 1, and therefore the welding work can be performed without worrying about the welding distortion, so that the welding work efficiency is also high. Further, since both ends of the connecting pipe 11 are squeezed by, for example, pressing means and the inner diameter of the connecting pipe 11 is substantially equal to the outer diameter of the supporting column 1, the supporting column 1 is supported by the reinforcing member 5 without rattling. Further, since only the both ends of the connecting pipe 11 are substantially the same as the outer diameter of the support column 1, the work of inserting the connecting pipe 11 into the support column 1 is easy. Incidentally, as shown in FIG. 2, injection holes are formed in the connecting pipe 11 and the reinforcing pipe 19, and a fixing agent such as an adhesive is connected to the connecting pipe 11 and the reinforcing pipe 19 through the injection holes. If it is injected into the gap between the pillar 1 and the pillar 1, the rattling of the pillar 1 is further reduced.
