図に示す如くビスマステルル(Bi2Te3)化合物等から成る

作用を行うところのペルチェ効果が発揮される。通常こ
の吸・放熱装置3は熱面32,33を外部に露出させた状態
で樹脂モールドによって密封化され且つ小型に形成され
る為、耐湿性能も大きい。又直流電源回路Eによって駆
動する為、従来の冷却,加熱装置と異なり、液体,気体
等の媒体を必要とせず操作並びにメンテナンス等も極め
て簡便となる。又騒音、振動も少ない。よって上述の如
くパネル内に組込んでもパネル自体が騒音を発すること
は少なく、振動も殆ど起さない等建物躯体としては好適
なものとなる。

使用しない為、メンテナンスも容易で且つ騒音,振動も
少ない等建物躯体用の壁パネルとしても好適なものとな
る。
