た。(Prior Art) As an exterior material for construction replacing tiles, a ceramic decorative panel in which a glass ceramic surface layer is laminated and integrated on the surface of a ceramic base has been popular. Since the glass ceramic surface layer is layered and integrated, the ceramic base is seen through the glass ceramic surface layer, and the decorative effect cannot be sufficiently exhibited unless the glass ceramic surface layer is made to be considerably thick. Therefore, the applicant of the present invention discloses a decorative panel in which a laminated decorative panel composed of a glass ceramic surface layer in which glass fragments are crystallized in a mold, an intermediate layer, and a ceramic base layer are fired and integrated, and a method for producing the same. This was previously filed as No. 63-140880, but in the case of this earlier application, glass shards are spread in a mold, and a ceramic base material is filled and pressed through an intermediate layer mainly made of decorative clay for ceramics. Due to firing, a glass ceramic surface layer was formed on the surface, but it was not possible to manufacture a decorative panel for corners which requires that the glass ceramic surface layer is formed not only on the surface but also on one side surface.

る。(Means for Solving the Problems) A method for manufacturing a corner decorative panel of the present invention, which has solved the above problems, is a glass ceramic surface layer, an intermediate layer, and a ceramic base layer in which glass fragments are crystallized in a mold. A method for manufacturing a decorative panel for corners, wherein the laminated decorative panel consisting of: a glass ceramic surface layer is integrally formed by firing so that the glass ceramic surface layer is formed continuously from one surface to one surface of the laminated decorative panel. It is melted and solidified into a plate at the temperature just before it is turned into a glass plate for the surface layer, and then it is set to the L shape by supporting it on the inner bottom surface inside the inclined formwork and the inner surface on the lower side that follows it. Then, a sheet-shaped intermediate layer material is added to its inner surface, and the cavity is filled with a ceramic base material. The laminated decorative panel is characterized in that it is fired at a temperature at which it is mixed to form a laminated decorative panel in which a glass ceramic surface layer is integrated from the surface of the ceramic base layer to one side surface via an intermediate layer.

高めるうえに必要である。The decorative panel for corners obtained by the present invention has a glass ceramic surface layer obtained by melting and crystallizing glass fragments, which is excellent in strength and design, has a small firing strain, and has a sufficient strength even if it is thin. It is lined with an intermediate layer that enhances the design effect of the ceramic surface layer and a foamable ceramic base layer so that it can be put to practical use alone for construction or furniture or as a composite material with another member such as wood, metal, or ceramic. The surface of the glass-ceramic surface is a marble-like appearance with a milky white spotted pattern obtained by melting and crystallizing innumerable glass fragments spread over the surface, and it has excellent design and strength. This is similar to the decorative panel of the prior application, but the present invention is particularly concerned with a series of glass ceramic surfaces from the surface of the ceramic base layer to one side. Is characterized by specific means can be easily mass-produced but the corner decorative panel being formed. That is, first, the glass fragments are melted and solidified into a plate shape at a temperature immediately before the glass-ceramic is formed, and then the glass plate material for the surface layer of a required size is formed, and the glass plate material for the surface layer is formed on the inner bottom surface of the mold and the subsequent inner surface. When supporting along the side surfaces, the formwork should be 5 to 2 against the support surface whose bottom surface is horizontal.
By inclining about 0 degree, the surface layer glass plate material along the inner side surface can be held at a right angle to the surface layer glass plate material mounted and supported on the inner bottom surface in the mold without falling inward, In this way, a sheet-shaped intermediate layer material such as a glass decorative sheet for ceramics or a glass cloth coated with decorative soil for ceramics is added to the inner surface of the two glass sheets for surface layer set in the L shape. The ceramic base material with which the cavity portion is filled is blocked from directly contacting the surface glass plate material, and in this state, the surface glass plate material is fired at a temperature at which it becomes a glass ceramic, and the two surface glass plate materials are jointed. Instead of melting and integrating into a glass ceramic, the glass ceramic surface layer is integrated from the surface of the ceramic base layer to one side via an intermediate layer. It is characterized in that the 粧 panel.
Incidentally, the glass cloth lining the glass ceramic surface layer and the intermediate layer made of the ceramic earth make it possible to prevent the back side from being seen through the glass ceramic surface layer to enhance the design effect, and in addition to the reinforcing effect, as described above. It is necessary to eliminate the adverse effects of direct contact between the glass-ceramic surface layer and the ceramic base material during the manufacturing process and to increase the adhesive strength.

Parts and 0.1 to 5 parts of sodium carbonate are added and the foamable ceramic base material is filled, and while the mold frame is closed, this is heated in a firing furnace at 1060 ° C ± 30 ° C for 5 hours, at the same temperature. The glass plate material for the surface layer was melted and integrated seamlessly to form a glass ceramic, and at the same time, the glass ceramic surface layer, the intermediate layer and the expandable ceramic base layer were integrated. After cooling, the periphery was finished and the surface was polished to obtain a product. The product thus obtained has a glass ceramic surface layer laminated integrally on a lightweight foamable ceramic base layer via a beautiful intermediate layer, and this glass ceramic surface layer is firmly bonded from the surface to one side surface. It was laminated and integrated, and had a transparent, marble-like appearance, its strength was extremely large, and there was almost no firing strain, and it could be used as it was for the exterior of buildings.
