[Detailed Description of the Invention] <Industrial field of application> The present invention is used for paper splicing when winding a paper product in the base paper production process of a paper mill, and for fixing the winding start end or the winding end. The present invention relates to an adhesive tape for connecting paper, etc.

<Prior Art> Conventionally, it is unavoidable that spoiled paper and broken paper are generated in the base paper production process, but they are reused after being disintegrated and mixed with paper stock. In this case, the adhesive tape used for winding the base paper is likely to be sent to the reuse process with it attached to the broke and broken paper. If ordinary tape is used, it will not be dispersed in the water along with the pulp and will be removed as foreign matter. I have to do it. This removal work requires special attention and labor,
Failure to do so will allow foreign matter to enter the product. Therefore, it is the current situation that the base material and the adhesive of the tape for splicing paper are those which are easily dissolved or dispersed in water.

<Problems to be solved by the invention> The tape used for splicing paper is wound in a roll, but the adhesive-coated surface of the tape base is in contact with the surface of the tape base during storage in a roll. It is important that it is easily peeled off during use. For that purpose, it is necessary to apply a release agent to the surface of the tape base material to reduce the release force on the surface of the base material. Since this treatment was added, the release agent was permeated and absorbed into the tape base material, resulting in a significant decrease in acidity despite the base material that adopted water dispersibility as an essential condition. Achievement is hindered.

In order to avoid this difficulty, a tape having a structure in which a thin polyethylene film is interposed between the release agent layer and the surface of the base material to block the penetration of the release agent is currently used. However, since such a thin film itself does not have water dispersibility, it is not a fundamental solution.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art. The purpose of the present invention is to leave a foreign substance at the purpose of use with a simple structure, that is, when collecting and reusing damaged paper or broken paper. The purpose is to provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape.

<Means for Solving the Problems> The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned object, and its gist is to reduce the peeling force of the base material on one surface of a tape base material having a high water dispersibility. A water-dispersible release agent layer to be formed and a water-soluble grading agent layer that blocks permeation of the release agent layer are sequentially formed from the top, and on the other surface of the tape substrate,
An adhesive tape for paper splicing, which comprises a water-soluble or water-dispersible adhesive layer.

The tape base material 1 is essentially made of a material having good water dispersibility, such as paper or non-woven fabric, and a sealing agent is applied to the entire one surface of the tape base material 1 to form the leveling agent layer 2. This grading agent is selected to be one that is soluble in water and can prevent the release agent from penetrating into the tape substrate. However, in the actual test results, a synthetic resin type such as polyvinyl alcohol, or It is also possible to use those belonging to the paste such as methyl cellulose. Further, a release agent layer 3 is formed by coating on the eye-gaze agent layer. As the release agent used for this release agent layer, a commonly used material that is easily dispersed in water can be used.

On the other side of the tape substrate 1, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 4 is formed by applying a water-soluble or water-dispersible pressure-sensitive adhesive. Water-soluble pressure-sensitive adhesives are a group of pressure-sensitive adhesives known in the art and are widely used.

<Operation> When the adhesive tape having the above-described configuration is mixed with water, any part of the tape base material 1, the grading agent layer 2, the release agent layer 3, and the adhesive layer can be easily dissolved and / or Or disperse. In particular, the release agent layer is an extremely thin film like the layer of commonly used release paper, and because it has poor mechanical strength, it easily becomes a dispersed state and does not remain as a film, so there is no obstacle to reuse. It has been confirmed.

<Example> Another surface of a high-quality paper (thickness: 60 μm) coated with a silicone resin-based release agent after treating one surface with a blinding agent “Product name Denka Popal B-05, manufactured by Denki Kagaku Kogyo Co., Ltd.” A water-soluble adhesive (Sevian A-88) manufactured by Daicel Chemical Industries, Ltd.
6) was applied at a thickness of 25μ to form a layer. The thus obtained tape sample (30 mm × 200 mm) and 500 cc of water were put into a commercially available juicer mixer and stirred at room temperature (20 to 23 ° C) for 180 seconds, and it was possible to completely disperse the fibers. It was On the other hand, when a similar test was conducted using a laminate of polyethylene film instead of the eye-catching agent, the paper as the base material was completely decomposed, but the polyethylene film fragments remained as foreign matter. Similarly, in the case of commercially available kraft tapes, the polyethylene film laminated on the kraft paper remains as a foreign substance. Since it was impregnated, the dispersibility of the base material itself was poor.

A tape base material with good water dispersibility is used, and its surface is interposed by a water-soluble grading agent layer between a conventional release agent layer that is easily dispersed in water and a water-soluble pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. Therefore, the constituent material of the adhesive tape can be easily and completely dispersed and dissolved by mixing with water. Therefore, it is necessary to use a work process such as removing foreign matter even if it is used for splicing and fixing the starting end or the ending end of the base paper production process, and even if it is sent to the reuse process with it attached to damaged or broken paper. As a result, the burden on the staff in the work is reduced, and the labor cost for monitoring can be reduced. Further, the tape base material of the present invention is exactly the same as in the base paper production process, as well as when the once printed broke, cut off or used anti-waste paper is collected as a paper stock and used as a papermaking raw material. It can be used effectively by handling.
