It is said that the work of sticking the work piece to the field edge 5 with wood screws or adhesive is an unstable work for the worker in an upward posture, and it is a work at a high place, so the workability at the time of construction is extremely poor. There's a problem. Since the workability is poor as described above, the work time is naturally long, and as a result, it is one of the factors that hinder the shortening of the work period.

Along with this, for example, there are many requests to make the living room a spacious space so that the living room can have a spacious feeling. However,
As the land area is becoming narrower due to soaring land prices, it is the current situation that the living room, such as the living room, cannot be made large enough to secure the required number of living rooms.

The ceiling structure described is a ceiling structure in which a ceiling panel is assembled in a mountain shape so that the center of the ceiling surface is high in a building such as a house, and the ceiling panel is a rectangular plate-shaped ceiling material and a back surface of the ceiling material. It is composed of crosspieces provided on both sides, and a groove is formed along the lengthwise direction on the outer surface of the crosspiece. One of the receiving members mounted so as to be substantially horizontal and at substantially the same height as each other is supported by one of the receiving members, and the side provided with the cross member is an elongated flat plate-shaped joiner member that fits in the groove of the cross member. This joiner member is connected to another ceiling panel via a joiner with a rib having a substantially T-shaped cross section, which is formed integrally with a plate-like rib member integrally provided in the upper center part along the longitudinal direction of the joiner member. Joiner with a ceiling The end of the side opposite to the receiving member that supports one end of the flannel is connected to the receiving member attached to the wall surface on the side opposite to the receiving member. The end means and the joint plate are connected to each other, which is a means for solving the above problems. Further, in the ceiling structure according to claim 2, the receiving member is a peripheral edge.

The ceiling surface becomes higher when viewed from the inside of the room, so that the entire room can be perceived as being spacious. Further, according to this ceiling structure, the ceiling panel is supported by the receiving member on one end side, and another ceiling panel on the other end side is supported by the receiving member via the joiner with the rib and the joint plate. Since they are connected to each other and the entire ceiling surface is formed in a mountain shape, it is not necessary to frame the hanging beam, the hanging tree, and the field edge as in the conventional case, and the workability is improved. According to the ceiling structure of the second aspect, since the receiving material is the peripheral edge, it is not necessary to separately attach the supporting material and the peripheral edge, and an increase in the number of parts can be suppressed.

The ceiling surface is high, and therefore, there is no feeling of pressure as in the case where the ceiling surface is low, and a spacious impression can be obtained because the entire room is perceived as being spacious. Further, the ceiling panel 14 has a rounded edge 12 at one end thereof.
Joiner 1 with rib on the other end
Similarly, one end portion is connected to another ceiling panel 14 supported by the rim 12 via the joint plates 23 and 23, whereby the entire ceiling surface is formed into a mountain shape. There is no need to tie hanging trees and rims together, improving workability.

The cost can be reduced because the merit of becoming is left as it is.

Although the ceiling panels 14 can be sufficiently supported together with the peripheral edges 12 and 12 even in this state, the suspension beam 27 is formed in advance as in the conventional case as shown in FIG. 6 especially when it is desired to enhance the earthquake resistance. Alternatively, the hanging tree 28 may be attached in a state of being hung from the hanging beam 27, and the joint plate 23 may be fixed to the hanging tree 28 by an appropriate connecting means such as bolting.

It can also be applied to the ceiling of gymnasiums and auditoriums. Further, in the above-mentioned embodiment, the joint material is not particularly provided in the joint portion between the ceiling panels 14, 14 connected through the joiner 23 with the ribs, but it goes without saying that the joint material may be attached if necessary. る。As described above, in the ceiling structure according to the first aspect of the present invention, the ceiling panels are assembled in a mountain shape so that the center of the ceiling surface becomes high, so that the ceiling surface becomes high when viewed from the indoor side. Since it has been designed, the feeling of pressure is not felt unlike the case where the ceiling surface is low, and the spaciousness is felt throughout the room, giving a relaxed impression. Further, the ceiling panel is connected to another ceiling panel whose one end side is supported by the peripheral edge and the other end side is also supported by the ribbed joiner and the joint plate at the same one end portion is also supported by the peripheral edge. Since the whole is formed in a mountain shape, it is not necessary to frame hanging beams, hanging trees, and field rims as in the past, so that workability is markedly improved and the construction period can be shortened. At the same time, the construction cost can be reduced. According to the ceiling structure of the second aspect, the peripheral edge is made to function as a receiving member, and thereby the increase in the number of parts is suppressed, so that the construction cost can be further reduced.
