(3)の自由端のピンを摺動可能に受け入れるためのス
ロツト、(9)は進角スリーブ(4)と進角プレート

ートの軸方向抜け止め並びに回転方向回り止めを同時に

いう効果がある。さらに、凹所はプレス加工などにより

進角スリーブが挿入されて進角プレートと進角スリーブ
とが結合されている内燃機関点火用配電器において、前
記進角プレートの孔のまわりに設けられ進角プレートの
両端面に直角になって達している側壁で規定された複数
個の凹所と、前記進角スリーブに設けられた当接部に前
記進角プレートの一端面が当接した状態で前記進角プレ
ートの他端面よりも高い段になるよう前記進角スリーブ
に設けられた突出部であって、この突出部がハイスピン
かしめされることにより前記孔の略全周に亘って塑性変
形し、この塑性変形した部分と前記当接部とが協働して
前記進角プレートを挟持するとともに前記塑性変形した
部分の一部が各凹所に食い込むことにより前記進角プレ
ートの軸方向抜け止め並びに回転方向回り止めを同時に
行う突出部とを備えたことを特徴とする内燃機関点火用
配電器。1.
