Claims (2)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 順次送られてくる線材をボビンにその軸
線方向に往復動作して巻取案内可能なトラバースを介し
て巻取るに際し、上記ボビンの満巻状態において、ボビ
ンのフランジに形成された終端止め穴にフック部材を挿
通し、押動部材をフック部材側に押動してトラバースか
らボビンに至る間の線材をフック部材に引き掛け、フッ
ク部材を終端止め穴から抜脱して線材を終端止め穴に挿
通し、グリップ機構によりトラバースからフック部材の
線材引込位置に至る間の線材を挟着し、その後、線材切
断機構によりグリップ機構の線材挟着位置とフック部材
の線材引込位置に至る間の線材を切断し、満巻状態のボ
ビンを空のボビンに交換し、ボビンのフランジに形成さ
れた先端止め穴にフック部材を挿通し、移動機構により
グリップ機構を移動して挟着された線材をこの先端止め
穴に挿通されたフック部材に引き掛け、トラバースから
ボビンに至る間の線材を押圧部材によりボビンの巻取面
に押圧し、グリップ機構から線材を解放すると共にフッ
ク部材を先端止め穴から抜脱して線材を先端止め穴に挿
通し、押圧部材により線材をボビンの巻取面に押圧した
ままボビンを回転して線材を空のボビンに巻き付けて
後、押圧部材から線材を解放して線材の巻取りを開始す
ることを特徴とする線材端末処理方法。
1. 材引込位置に至る間の線材を挟着解放可能なグリップ機
構と、グリップ機構の線材挟着位置とフック部材の線材
引込位置に至る間の線材を切断可能な線材切断機構と、
該グリップ機構に挟着された線材を先端止め穴に挿通さ
れたフック部材に引き掛け得る移動機構と、該トラバー
スからボビンに至る間の線材をボビンの巻取面に押圧可
能な押圧部材とを具備して構成したことを特徴とする線
材端末処理装置。
