挿入して筒状ホールド部42の規制溝44にストッパー
爪53を係合することでシム66の挿通孔70は中央軸
41の外周に密着されて所定の安定した操作荷重と良好
な操作フィーリングを得ることができるとともに、上記

ねるので格別のダイヤルストッパーを設ける必要がな
い。とくに、筒状軸部のほぼ全周が筒状ホールド部に内
接して回動されるので、安定した操作荷重を得ることが
できる。また、規制溝の両端部にほぼ対応して中央軸側
に突起を突出形成してものであるから、規制溝の両端部
側でダイヤルに外力が作用しても、この突起により撓み
片の撓むことが阻止されて、ストッパー爪が筒状ホール
ド部の内周面側に乗上げることがないので、ダイヤルの
外れが防止されるとともに、ダイヤルの回動規制を確実
に行うことができ、ストッパー爪および撓み片を損傷か
ら防止することができる。また、ダイヤル軸受部とダイ
ヤルとの間にシムを介装することで安定した操作荷重と

操作するダイヤルの取付構造であって、ダンパーを納め
たリテーナの所定の位置に中央軸とこの中央軸と同心の
筒状ホールド部とからなるダイヤル軸受部と、前記ダイ
ヤルのボス部に形成されて、前記中央軸と筒状ホールド
部との間のリング溝に挿入可能な筒状軸部とからなり、
前記筒状ホールド部には中央軸を中心として前記ダンパ
ーの開度を規制する所定の角度範囲に規制溝を設け、前
記筒状軸部には前記規制溝に係合可能なストッパー爪を
有する撓み片を形成するとともに、前記中央軸には前記
規制溝の両端部に指向する突起を設けてダイヤルの作動
中における前記撓み片の撓みを防止可能に設ける構成と
した自動車用空調吹出し口のダイヤル取付構造。1.
