Field of the Invention The present invention is a product that is usually classified as an aerosol, in which the chemical substance ejected when the button is pressed is frozen into effervescent latent heat due to the evaporation of the cold source to form a sherbet. It is a product. Its use is mainly for the human body, and it has a function of spraying onto the skin or mucous membrane to cool the affected area and remove abnormal heat, and is used in the fields of cosmetics, medicine, sports, and the like.

Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in the sports field, it is well known that for emergency treatment such as bruising and spraining, the chlorofluorocarbon gas filled in an aerosol can is blown as it is to the affected area and cold massage is performed. However, although it will be converted to LPG by refraining from specific CFCs, it is difficult to use because of the high risk of fire. In the cosmetics field as well, a summer product in which liquefied gas is sprayed onto the skin surface together with a lotion for the purpose of mitigating sunburn hot flashes has been sold.

Then, although sherbet-forming products emerged and were improved to some extent, there are still many unsatisfied points. In order to form a sorbet, water containing a surfactant and coexistence of a certain amount or more of liquefied gas are indispensable, but since detailed examination thereof is insufficient,
For example, there are still problems to be solved, such as a defect that the temperature is too low to be in a comfortable state and a low temperature duration is short.

It is a common scientific knowledge that liquefied gases used as a cold source are vaporized when ejected from a sealed container and cause a temperature drop due to a considerable amount of latent heat of vaporization (endotherm). However, another problem arises when considering the heat transfer efficiency which is involved in the target object (in the present invention, the skin surface of the human body). That is, it can be easily understood that when simply spraying as in the conventional method, it is instantly vaporized and most of the latent heat of vaporization deviates into the air and is wasted. Therefore, as a slightly advanced method, a method of ejecting gas together with water was adopted. This is an attempt to change the amount of heat into ice once and to cool the surface of the target object by the latent heat of melting of the ice, as there is a phenomenon that water freezes when ejected, and the efficiency effect has been improved considerably. .
The next improvement is to use water containing a surfactant and spout it together with a gas, which forms bubbles at room temperature, but freezes in a sherbet (or ice cream) form at low temperatures when cooling progresses. .

Therefore, it is possible to take a long time to transfer the negative energy of the gas to the water phase side, and as a result, it is possible to make a significant improvement in efficiency. On the contrary, since the heat transfer from the outside air side is suppressed after the sherbet is formed, the cold temperature holding time is kept long. It has been found that water containing a surfactant has a function of solubilizing a liquefied gas, so that the gas is gradually released and the cooling time is extended. In addition to the effect of heat quantity and temperature, the sherbet-like form has a soft feeling of touching the skin surface unlike water just like mixed ice, which is convenient for application purposes such as beauty.

The cold holding time and the touch characteristics of the mixed ice water are further improved. That is, the action on the skin surface of this type is a) an efficient problem of converting the latent heat of vaporization of the liquefied gas into a sherbet shape by vaporization. b) The problems during the holding time due to the influence of the generated sorbet from the outside air will be explained separately.

The substances listed below and mixtures thereof are organic compounds having a boiling point of −45 to + 35 ° C., and since they are intended for the human body, they are selected from nontoxic and odorless substances. Naturally, in order to protect the global environment, specific CFCs with restricted use are excluded from the target. When the cryogen is opened at room temperature, it rapidly vaporizes, and at this time, the latent heat of vaporization Qv is taken and the temperature drops. In addition to directly contacting the skin surface, this negative calorie is, in the case of the present invention, once cooled and frozen to the undiluted solution, and then transferred to the skin surface. Approximately 1.0 is the specific heat of the water that makes up the sherbet, and 0.48 is the specific heat of the ice.
7. If the essence and quantity of the cold source and the undiluted solution pre-filled with the heat of melting of ice of 79.7 cal / g are known, the heat transfer efficiency should be calculated by measuring the temperature of the sherbet directly from the jet. .

According to the research conducted by the present inventor, the cause was pursued that the liquefied gas, which is a cold source, was solubilized and dissolved in the foam formed by blending the surfactant, and was not vaporized. Since this dissolved cold source gradually vaporizes, there is an advantage that a low temperature holding time can be long, and in the case of the present invention, since isopentane is largely dissolved, it can be stored for a particularly long time.

This heat conduction affects the thermal conductivity coefficient due to the shape of each sherbet. The heat conduction to the skin surface does not change so much because partially dissolved water is used as the conduction boundary surface, but the heat dissipation at the contact surface with air and the heat transfer in the sherbet mass are different from each other. Since the influence of the temperature difference is larger than that, that is, the average temperature difference Δt = 2.3log (t 2 −t 1 ) as the general equation of heat conduction, Q / (U · Δt), the temperature of the sherbet The lower t 1 is, the shorter the holding time is, and therefore the unnecessarily low temperature is disadvantageous.

This value was obtained from a monitor questionnaire of several tens of people, and the most comfortable temperature for cooling the skin was 5 ° C to 10 ° C, and when it was -5 ° C or less, it was rather too cold. However, it should be considered that the lower the temperature, the greater the impact as a sales talk, but when isopentane is mixed with the cryogen of the present invention, the jetting sherbet does not become as cold as the left side, and the comfortable cold temperature is obtained. Has the characteristic that the holding time of is kept extremely long.

For example, an ice block with a firm sorbet and a sharp edge is the worst, and in some cases, this caused rubbing of the skin and bleeding. Especially when used for cosmetic purposes, a smooth creamy form is desirable.

A cryogen with 50 wt% and the balance being one or more of propane, butane, DME, and non-specific chlorofluorocarbons. The "cooling agent" defined here is an organic compound described in Table 1, which has a low boiling point and is used as a propellant in an aerosol. Isopentane has a bp of 28 ° C. and may be manufactured by blending it with a stock solution, but since the actual production of the product of the present invention is in the aerosol industry, it is more convenient to blend it in the propellant category. Isopentane is the above-a) b).
It is necessary for demonstrating the features of the present invention of c), and the amount thereof needs to be at least 5% in the cryogen category, and if it exceeds 50%, it becomes an obstacle to making a sherbet.

A can container was filled with 80 parts by weight of a stock solution prepared by dissolving 10% in purified water, and thus 10 g of the sherbet was placed on a hot plate heated to 35 ° C., and a change in temperature with time was measured. is there. The results show that the sample with isopentane 0 has a low temperature at the time of ejection, but contrary to the rapid rise in temperature when the ice content reaches 0 ° C and the ice is completely melted, the sample containing isopentane is comfortable for a relatively long time. Understand to keep the temperature. If the amount of isopentane is further increased to more than 50%, the temperature rises sharply again, probably due to less icing in the sherbet. It is considered that this is due to the influence of latent heat due to the evaporation of isopentane and the structure of the sorbet is a bubble-containing type in which heat conduction is difficult.

As is clear from this figure, it is natural that the more the cooling agent is, the lower the temperature is.
