(57) [Abstract] [Problem] When a hard steel wire as a reinforcing wire is plated with electrolytic copper to facilitate soldering, a brittle phenomenon occurs due to hydrogen absorbed in the hard steel wire during electroplating. Resolve the problem of repeated bending and use of the hose, which leads to a line breakage phenomenon due to brittle fracture.Without such a line breaking phenomenon, it can withstand repeated bending and use for many years and is easy to solder. Providing a flexible hose with a metal reinforcing wire. Kind Code: A1 A flexible hose H made of synthetic resin in which a metal reinforcing wire is spirally wound around a pipe wall 1, and the reinforcing wire is made of a metal excellent in adhesiveness to solder. The hardened steel wire 21 is immersed in the melt, and the metal plated hard steel wire 2 has a metal plating layer 22 formed on the outer peripheral surface thereof.

Therefore, as the newest technique for solving this problem, a hard steel wire is used for electric copper. It has been invented and proposed by a person concerned with the present invention to use an electrolytic copper-plated hard steel wire having a copper plating layer formed on its outer peripheral surface by plating, and using this as a power line (for example, a special feature). See Kaihei 7-59693).

We have commercialized and implemented a hose that uses this newly proposed electrolytic copper-plated hard steel wire, but it has become clear that this electrolytic copper-plated hard steel wire has new problems. It was That is, it has been confirmed that in the hose using the electrolytic copper-plated hard steel wire, the phenomenon of wire breakage is more likely to occur than in the case of the hard steel wire not subjected to electrolytic copper plating. Therefore, as a result of various studies and experiments, the present inventor has found that the cause is a brittleness phenomenon due to hydrogen absorbed in the hard steel wire during electroplating, and this brittle fracture is repeated in the hose. It has been clarified that the bending phenomenon of the wire leads to a line breaking phenomenon.

に至ったのである。As is apparent from the above description, in the flexible hose with a metal reinforcing wire according to the present invention, the reinforcing wire spirally wound around the pipe wall has an adhesive property with solder. Since the hard steel wire is immersed in an excellent metal melt to form a metal plated hard steel wire with a metal plating layer formed on its outer peripheral surface, the hose is made of the hard steel wire itself. Although it is possible to maintain the reinforcement and shape retention of, the metal plating layer formed on the surface of the hard steel wire is intended to carry out the current-carrying action.
Sufficient power can be supplied without the risk of wire breakage. Especially, in the case of a hard steel wire plated with electrolytic copper, there is no wire breakage phenomenon and repeated bending over many years. It was possible to obtain a hose that could withstand use.
