Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.有効量の a)カプリル酸、カプリン酸およびラウリン酸のグリセロールまたはプロピレ ングリコールモノエステルからなる群より選ばれる脂肪酸モノエステル、 b)乳酸、酒石酸、アジピン酸、コハク酸、クエン酸、アスコルビン酸、リン ゴ酸、マンデル酸、酢酸、ソルビン酸、酸性ピロリン酸ナトリウム、酸性ヘキサ メタリン酸ナトリウムおよびエチレンジアミンテトラ酢酸、並びにそれらの塩か らなる群より選ばれる酸またはキレート化剤、 c)食品グレードの界面活性剤、並びに d)媒体 を含み、ここで、組成物中のa),b)またはc)の量は単独で用いると有効な 微生物活性を有しない量であるが、組成物中のa),b)およびc)の量はいっ しょに用いるとグラム陰性およびグラム陽性菌に対して有効な活性を有する量で ある、 食品に使用するための殺菌剤組成物。 2.媒体が、水、プロピレングリコール、ポリエチレングリコールおよびそれ らの混合物からなる群より選ばれる請求項1の殺菌剤組成物。 3.食品グレードの界面活性剤がスルホコハク酸ジオクチルナトリウムまたは ラウリル硫酸ナトリウムである請求項1の殺菌剤組成物。 4.脂肪酸モノエステルがラウリン酸のグリセロールモノエステルである請求 項1の殺菌剤組成物。 5.家禽のと体を殺菌する方法であって、 家禽のと体と、有効量の a)カプリル酸、カプリン酸およびラウリン酸のグリセロールまたはプロピレ ングリコールモノエステルからなる群より選ばれる脂肪酸モノエステル、 b)乳酸、酒石酸、アジピン酸、コハク酸、クエン酸、アスコルビン酸、リン ゴ酸、マンデル酸、酢酸、ソルビン酸、酸性ピロリン酸ナトリウム、酸性ヘキサ メタリン酸ナトリウムおよびエチレンジアミンテトラ酢酸、並びにそれらの塩か らなる群より選ばれる酸またはキレート化剤、 c)食品グレードの界面活性剤、並びに d)媒体 を含み、ここで、組成物中のa),b)またはc)の量は単独で用いると有効な 微生物活性を有しない量であるが、組成物中のa),b)およびc)の量はいっ しょに用いるとグラム陰性およびグラム陽性菌に対して有効な活性を有する量で ある組成物とを接触させる工程を含む、家禽のと体を殺菌する方法。 6.媒体が、水、プロピレングリコール、ポリエチレングリコールおよびそれ らの混合物からなる群より選ばれる請求項5の家禽のと体を殺菌する方法。 7.食品グレードの界面活性剤がスルホコハク酸ジオクチルナトリウムまたは ラウリル硫酸ナトリウムである請求項5の家禽のと体を殺菌する方法。 8.脂肪酸モノエステルがラウリン酸のグリセロールモノエステルである請求 項5の家禽のと体を殺菌する方法。 9.家禽のと体と請求項1の組成物を接触させる工程を含む、加工家禽の貯蔵 寿命を増加させる方法。
