Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ハブを有する伝動装置部材のハブを金属板シートバーから切削によらずに製 造する方法にして、金属板シートバーがキャップ形材として形成される方法にお いて、キャップ形材(2)が押圧によって中心の器具ピン(5)のまわりに円形 プレス粗材(6)から突き出ている円筒形の突出部(7)へ変形され、引き続い て円筒形の突出部(7)が同軸の回転軸の受容のために開かれることを特徴とす る方法。 2.請求項1に記載の方法を実施するための装置において、器具ピン(5)及び チャック(15)と、器具ピン(5)に対向して配置されて器具ピン(5)及び チャック(15)と一緒にキャップ形材(2)を固定する前置体(8)とを備え る、主軸(4)によって支持された器具(3)が設けられていること、および順 次キャップ形材(2)に作用する押圧ローラ(9、10)、成形ローラ(11) 、及び截円錐形ローラ(12、14)が設けられていることを特徴とする装置。 3.ハブを有する伝動装置部材のハブを金属板シートバーから切削によらずに製 造する方法において、主軸(22)の器具(23)によって支持されており、か つ1つあるいはいくつかの押圧ローラ(26)に対して相対的に回転する金属板 シートバー(21)が、押圧ローラ(26)による押圧によってその厚さを減少 させられ、そして前置体(25)あるいは器具(23)に配置されて金属板シー トバー(21)を貫通する器具ピン(24)のまわりで金属板シートバー(21 )から突き出ている円筒形の突出部(28)へ変形させられる ことを特徴とする方法。 4.金属板シートバー(21)の縁領域が、厚さを減少させる押圧プロセスが実 施される前に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。 5.請求項3及び4に記載の方法の実施のための装置において、器具ピン(24 )と、チャック(29)と、器具ピン(24)に対向して配置されており、外周 が器具ピン(24)の直径より大きく、かつそれによってストッパー(34)を 形成する前置体(25)とを備える、主軸(22)によって支持された器具(2 3)が設けられていること、並びに金1板シートバー(21)の中央へ向かって 金属板シートバー(21)の面に平行に移動可能な少なくとも1つの押圧ローラ (26)が設けられていることを特徴とする装置。 6.押圧ローラ(26)と同時に作用する追従ローラ(35)が設けられている ことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装置。
