Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.アデノシン受容体に結合する化合物であって、該化合物が、キサンチン、ア デノシン、又はその類似体、誘導体、異性体、若しくは塩のエポキシドである化 合物。 2.前記キサンチンエポキシドが、1,3−ジアルキルキサンチンのエポキシド である請求の範囲第1項記載の化合物。 3.前記1,3−ジプロピルキサンチンが、1,3−ジプロピル−8−オキシラ ニルキサンチン、1,3−ジプロピル−8−エポキシアルキルキサンチン;1, 3−ジプロピル−8−エポキシビシクロアルキルキサンチン;1,3−ジプロピ ル−8−{3−オキサトリシクロ[3.2.1.02,4]オクト−6(7)イル }キサンチン;及び1,3−ジプロピル−8−{7−オキサビシクロ[2.2. 1]ヘプト−2−エン−5(6)イル}キサンチンからなる群より選択される請 求の範囲第2項記載の化合物。 4.前記化合物が、下記の構造: (式中、R1及びR2は、同一でも、異なっていてもよく、H、又は炭素数1〜4 のアルキル基であり、そしてnは0〜4である)を有する請求の範囲第1項記載 の化合物。 5.前記化合物が、下記の構造: (式中、R1及びR2は、同一でも、異なっていてもよく、H、又は炭素数1〜4 のアルキル基であり、R3は、O、又は(CH2)1-4のいずれかであり、そして nは0〜4である)を有する請求の範囲第1項記載の化合物。 6.前記化合物が、下記の構造: を有するS−光学異性体である請求の範囲第5項記載の化合物。 7.前記化合物が、下記の構造: を有するR−光学異性体である請求の範囲第5項記載の化合物。 8.前記アデノシンエポキシドが、N6−エポキシシクロアルキルアデノシンで ある請求の範囲第1項記載の化合物。 9.前記化合物が、下記の構造: あり、そしてR1は、炭素数1〜4のアルキルである)を有する請求の範囲第8 項記載の化合物。 10.アデノシンの生物学的活性を調節する方法であって、キサンチン、アデノ シン、又はその類似体、誘導体、異性体、若しくは塩のエポキシドである前記化 合物の有効量を投与することからなる方法。 11.前記化合物が、1,3−ジアルキルキサンチンである請求の範囲第10項 記載の方法。 12.前記ジアルキルキサンチンが、1,3−ジプロピル−8−オキシラニルキ サンチン、1,3−ジプロピル−8−エポキシアルキルキサンチン;1,3−ジ プロピル−8−エポキシビシクロアルキルキサンチン;1,3−ジプロピル−8 −{3−オキサトリシクロ[3.2.1.02,4]オクト−6(7)イル}キサ ンチン;及び1,3−ジプロピル−8−{7−オキサビシクロ[2.2.1]ヘ プト−2−エン−5(6)イル}キサンチンからなる群より選択される1,3− ジプロピルキサンチンである請求の範囲第11項記載の方法。 13.前記化合物が、下記の構造: (式中、R1及びR2は、同一でも、異なっていてもよく、H、又は炭素数1〜4 のアルキル基であり、R3は、O、又は(CH2)1-4のいずれかであり、そして nは0〜4である)を有する請求の範囲第10項記載の方法。 14.前記化合物が、下記の構造: を有するS−光学異性体である請求の範囲第13項記載の方法。 15.前記アデノシンの生物学的活性を、心臓、腎臓、肝臓、又は肺臓疾患を有 する患者の治療のために調節する請求の範囲第10項記載の方法。 16.アデノシンの生物学的活性を調節して、利尿をもたらす請求の範囲第13 項記載の方法。 17.アデノシンの生物学的活性を調節して、気管支拡張をもたらす請求の範囲 第13項記載の方法。 18.アデノシンを、外因的に投与する場合、アデノシンの生物学的活性を調節 して、投与された該アデノシンの副作用を和らげる請求の範囲第13項記載の方 法。 19.前記化合物が、N6−エポキシシクロアルキルアデノシンである請求の範 囲第10項記載の方法。 20.前記化合物が、下記の構造: 1〜4のアルキルである))を有する請求の範囲第19項記載の方法。 21.アデノシンの生物学的活性を調節するための組成物であって、該組成物が 、キサンチン、アデノシン、又はその類似体、誘導体、異性体、若しくは塩のエ ポキシドを含み、該組成物が、更に、医薬的に許容しうる担体を含む組成物。 22.前記キサンチンエポキシドが、1,3−ジアルキルキサンチンのエポキシ ドである請求の範囲第21項記載の組成物。 23.キサンチンエポキシドが、下記の構造: (式中、R1及びR2は、同一でも、異なっていてもよく、H、又は炭素数1〜4 のアルキル基であり、R3は、O、又は(CH2)1-4のいずれかであり、そして nは0〜4である)を有する請求の範囲第22項記載の組成物。 24.前記組成物が、利尿剤である請求の範囲第23項記載の組成物。 25.前記キサンチンエポキシドが、下記の構造: を有するS−光学異性体である請求の範囲第23項記載の組成物。 26.該アデノシンエポキシドが、N6−エポキシシクロアルキルアデノシンを 含む請求の範囲第21項記載の組成物。 27.ヌクレオシド、又はその類似体、誘導体、異性体、若しくは塩のエポキシ ドを製造する方法であって、該方法が、ヌクレオシド、又はその類似体、誘導体 、異性体、若しくは塩を、ジメチルジオキシランと反応させることを含む方法。
