Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.特に内燃機関、好ましくはオットー機関のための、排気システム内の排気ガ スを触媒作用で浄化するための装置であって、共通のジャケットチューブ(1) 内に互いに近接して配置されかつその中を排気ガスが連続的に流れることのでき る、少なくとも1つの第1のハニカム状の本体および1つの第2のハニカム状の 本体(2;3)を含み、 少なくとも1つの配水構造(4;5)を有する少なくとも第1の電気的に加熱 可能なハニカム状の本体(2)は、外側のジャケットチューブ(1)内に該チュ ーブとは間隔をおいて配置され、かつ、 近接するハニカム状の本体(2;3)は、ハニカム状の本体(2;3)内に突 出する支持部材(2)によって互いに機械的に接合され、 電気的に絶縁する保持部材(15)を付加的に備え、各保持部材(15)はそ の一方の端領域が加熱可能な第1のハニカム状の本体(2)のジャケット面に接 合され、その他方の端部が近接する第2のハニカム状の本体(3)に接合される ことを特徴とする、装置。 2.配水構造(4;5)が第1のハニカム状の本体(2)のジャケット面の一部 分を形成し、保持部材(15)の少なくともいくつかが配水構造(4;5)に接 合される、請求項1に記載の装置。 3.配水構造(4;5)はシェル形に実現される、請求項1または2に記載の装 置。 4.間隔をおいて配置された2つの連続的な配水構造(4;5)は第1のハニカ ム状の本体(2)のジャケット面の少なくとも一部分を形成し、各保持部材(1 5)は配水構造(4;5)の1つのみに接合される、請求項1、2または3に記 載の装置。 5.各保持部材(15)は第2のハニカム状の本体(3)の内側のジャケットチ ューブ(14)に接合される、請求項1ないし4の1つ以上に記載の装置。 6.共通のジャケットチューブ(1)は少なくとも1つの取囲む内側のビード( 16)を有し、これは第2のハニカム状の本体(3)の内側のジャケットチュー ブ(14)上に位置する、請求項5に記載の装置。 7.内側のビード(16)は圧延により製造される、請求項6に記載の装置。 8.内側のビード(16)はスエージングにより製造される、請求項6に記載の 装置。 9.第2のハニカム状の本体(3)の内側のジャケットチューブ(14)は内側 のビード(16)の領域で共通のジャケットチューブ(1)に接合される、請求 項6に記載の装置。 10.第2のハニカム状の本体(3)の内側のジャケットチューブ(14)は内 側のビード(16)の領域で共通のジャケットチューブ(1)に不完全に接合さ れる、請求項9に記載の装置。 11.第2のハニカム状の本体(3)の内側のジャケットチューブ(14)は内 側のビード(16)の領域で共通のジャケットチューブ(1)にはんだ付けされ る、請求項9に記載の装置。 12.第2のハニカム状の本体(3)のジャケットチューブ(14)は内側のビ ード(16)の領域で共通のジャケットチューブ(1)に溶接される、請求項9 に記載の装置。 13.各支持部材および/または保持部材(12;15)はピン(19)を含み 、かつ、ピン(19)のそれぞれの端部分を取囲む第1のチューブ(17)およ び第2のチューブ(18)を有し、絶縁層(20、21)はチューブ(17、1 8)とピン(19)との間に備えられる、請求項1ないし12のうち1つに記載 の装置。 14.電気的絶縁層はピン(19)の各端面上に配置される、請求項13に記載 の装置。 15.電気的絶縁層は各支持部材および/または保持部材(12;15)の各端 面上に配置される、請求項13に記載の装置。
