Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも一つの酸性プロセス流および一つのアルカリ性プロセス流を含む 漂白プラントからのリグノセルロース含有プロセス廃水の処理方法であって、酸 性プロセス流およびアルカリ性プロセス流がエバポレーター中で別々に濃縮され 、その後、酸性プロセス流の塩含量が電気透析により低下され、アルカリ性プロ セス流が燃焼されることを特徴とする処理方法。 2.蒸発された酸性プロセス流が、沈殿の目的のために、沈殿用薬品による処理 にかけられることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 3.電気透析が、電気的かつ/または液体流に関して、直列および/または平行 の関係にされている一つ以上の電気透析装置中で行われ、夫々の装置が少なくと も一つの陰イオン選択膜および一つの陽イオン選択膜、アノードとカソードの間 にスタックの形態で交互に配置される幾つかの陰イオン選択膜および陽イオン選 択膜から形成された幾つかのユニットセルを含み、これらの膜がそれらの間に蒸 発残渣塩溶液の供給のための入口および出口を備えたチャンバーを形成し、かつ アノードとカソードの間の電流の助けにより、イオン移動が陰イオン選択膜およ び陽イオン選択膜を通って蒸発残渣塩溶液から生じられ、溶媒流が隣接チャンバ ーを通過して、こうして枯渇された蒸発残渣塩溶液の少なくとも一つの希釈液流 だけでなく、蒸発残渣から移動したイオンを含む少なくとも一つの第一電気透析 濃縮物流を生成し、希釈液が電気透析プロセスおよび/または漂白プラント中の 蒸発段階および/または洗浄段階に一部循環され、かつ電気透析濃縮物が、浄化 および処理後に、回収され、新しい漂白薬品を製造するために使用され、または 路面用の塩として使用されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項または第2項に 記載の方法。 4.その方法で生成された塩が塩素酸塩を製造するのに使用されることを特徴と する請求の範囲第1項〜第3項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 5.その方法で生成された塩が塩素酸塩を分離するために処理され、これが二酸 化塩素の製造に使用されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜第4項のいずれ か一項に記載の方法。 6.蒸発後に、アルカリ性プロセス流が、塩を沈殿または分離するために処理に かけられ、こうして有機物質が除かれたプロセス流が濃縮されるためにエバポレ ーターに循環されることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 7.プロセス廃水が塩化物および/または塩素酸塩を含む塩を含むことを特徴と する請求の範囲第1項〜第6項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 8.濃縮が循環を伴う流下液膜式エバポレーター中で行われることを特徴とする 請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 9.蒸発の程度が少なくとも約5%の乾燥固形分であることを特徴とする請求の 範囲第1項に記載の方法。 10.酸性プロセス流が電気透析の前に濃縮され、その後、溶解された金属がア ルカリ化/濃縮酸性プロセス流への炭酸塩添加により沈殿され、分離されること を特徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜第9項のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
