別に幅方向に区画する第2仕切壁が設けられているとと
もに、前記汚水貯留部の汚水を前記複数の予旋回部のそ
れぞれに接線方向またはこれに近い方向で導いて、該予
旋回部内でポンプ羽根車の回転方向と同じ方向に旋回す
る予旋回流を発生させる流入路が設けられた盤状体によ
ってなり、マンホールまたはポンプの吸込水槽の底部に
設置される後付式予旋回槽において、前記予旋回部に吸
込口を挿入した複数のポンプの吐出口が一端部に接続さ
れ、吐出管の入口が他端部に接続される吐出曲管を載置
支持する複数の架台を備え、これら架台を装入して設置
する架台の設置凹部が前記複数の予旋回部の近くに下向
きに凹設され、前記汚水貯留部下側の第1空間と、前記
複数の予旋回部と複数の架台の設置凹部それぞれの周囲
を含む予旋回部形成域の下側に形成されて前記第1空間
に連通する第2空間とを中空閉断面構造となし、この中
空閉断面構造の中空部に高比重材を充填する充填口が開
閉可能に設けられていることを特徴とする後付け式予旋
