- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.鉄浴上の液状酸化スラグを還元することによって、酸化スラグからポゾラ ン、合成高炉スラグ、ベライト又はアライトクリンカー並びに銑鉄合金を製造す る方法であって、液面下の羽口を通じて前記鉄浴中に炭素を吹き込み、炭素含有 量を2.5〜4.6重量%の範囲に維持することを特徴とする方法。 2.前記鉄浴の高さが300〜1200mmの範囲に調整され、前記鉄浴の高さ が1200mmを越えると銑鉄を流出させ、且つ吹き込まれる炭素の量を計測プロ ーブの関数として制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 3.炭素の含有量が2.5〜3.5重量%の範囲に調整されている請求項1又 は2に記載の方法。 4.前記計測プローブとして反響装置又は音響レベルモニターが使用され、発 泡が生じた場合には追加の炭素及び/又はCaOが前記鉄浴中に吹き込まれるこ とを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 5.前記鉄浴中に空気と酸素が吹き込まれると共に、前記鉄浴中に吹き込まれ る量の2〜3倍を越える量の空気と酸素が浮上した液状スラグの上に吹き込まれ ることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 6.前記鉄浴中に開口している羽口への吹き込みダクト内の圧力が前記鉄浴の 高さの関数として制御され、前記鉄浴の高さの増加につれてその圧力が上昇する ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 7.必要に応じて固体をまぜた不活性ガス又は酸化ガスが、溶融銑鉄1トン当 たりに2.5〜25Nm3/分、好ましくは5〜15Nm3/分の全吹き込み速度 で前記鉄浴の表面より下に吹き込まれるこ とを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 8.液状スラグが連続的に供給され、引き出されることを特徴とする請求項1 〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 9.スラグ又はガス空間内の温度が上限を越えた場合に、単位時間に吹き込ま れる炭素の量を減少し、及び/又は少なくともその一部をCaOに代替すること を特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 10.石炭、コークス、粉炭、褐炭コークス、石油コークス、黒鉛及び/又は 他の炭素含有物質が、搬送ガスと共に鉄溶融物に前記鉄浴の表面下に吹き込まれ 、同時に、酸素及び/又は酸素含有ガスが鉄溶融物に供給されて少なくとも一部 の炭素を燃焼させることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法 。 11.鉄溶融物から発生する反応ガスCO及びH2の少なくとも一部を、上部 から吹き込まれる酸素、空気、必要に応じて酸素を添加した熱風によって鉄浴反 応炉のガス空間内で後燃焼させ、発生した熱を溶融物に移転させることを特徴と する請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 12.窒素、アルゴン及び/又はその他の不活性ガスを液面下の羽口を通じて 導入し、且つ酸素含有ガスの前記鉄浴表面への供給を中止することによって、少 なくとも一時的に鉄浴反応炉内のCO分圧を低下させることを特徴とする請求項 1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 13.石灰、ドロマイト、ボーキサイト、シャモット、蛍石、炭化カルシウム 及び/又はその他のスラグフラックスを、好ましくは前記鉄浴の表面の下方及び /又は上方から溶融物中に吹き込むことを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか 1項に記載の方法。 14.塵埃及び/又はその他の粉砕残渣物質を前記鉄浴の表面の 下方から部分的に又は全体的に追加して吹き込むことを特徴とする請求項1〜1 3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 15.前記鉄浴の表面の上方から、鉄浴反応炉内に一つ又は複数の残渣物質を 液状及び/又は固体状で装填することを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか1 項に記載の方法。 16.予め混合された2種又は数種の残渣物質を、液状又は固体物質として鉄 浴反応炉中に装填することを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の 方法。 17.底吹き込み型転炉を具えた請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の方法 を実施するための装置であって、該転炉は、所望の前記鉄浴高さに対応する領域 の断面積が減少するように又はテーパーを有するように構成され、且つ泡の形成 を検出すると共に前記鉄浴中の炭素の濃度及び/又はスラグ及び/又はガス空間 の温度を検出するために少なくとも一つのプローブを具え、その信号は炭素含有 量を調整し及び/又は前記鉄浴を流出させるための制御回路に伝達されることを 特徴とする装置。
