Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.流体の体積を確認する装置であって、 (a)流体を収容するレセプタクルと、 (b)前記レセプタクルと動作可能に関連する第一の導体と、 (c)前記第一の導体からオフセットされた前記レセプタクルと動作可能に関 連する第二の導体と、 (d)前記第一の導体と電気的に接続された、第一の電気信号の発生源と、 (e)前記第二の導体で生成される第二の電気信号を検出するために前記第二 の導体と電気的に接続されたモニタとを備える装置。 2.(f)フィードバック機構が第二の電気信号を示すフィードバックを与える ように、モニタと動作可能に接続された前記フィードバック機構をさらに備える 、請求の範囲第1項に記載の装置。 3.(f)第一の導体および第二の導体のうち少なくとも一方と電気的に接続さ れ、前記第一の導体および第二の導体のうち少なくとも一方を電磁的にシールド する第三の導体をさらに備 える、請求の範囲第1項に記載の装置。 4.(g)第三の導体と、第一の導体および第二の導体のうち少なくとも一方と の間に電気的に配設された電気絶縁体をさらに備える、請求の範囲第3項に記載 の装置。 5.(f)レセプタクルと接続することができるライナをさらに備える、請求の 範囲第1項に記載の装置。 6.(f)レセプタクルと着脱可能に接続することができるライナをさらに備え る、請求の範囲第1項に記載の装置。 7.(f)第一の導体および第二の導体のうち少なくとも一方と電気的に接続さ れたコンピュータをさらに備える、請求の範囲第1項に記載の装置。 8.ノズルから分与される流体の体積を確認する方法であって、 (a)レセプタクルを、前記ノズルから分与される流体が前記レセプタクルに 入るように前記ノズルに隣接して配置する段階と、 (b)前記レセプタクルと動作可能に接続された第一の導体に第一の電気信号 を入力する段階と、 (c)前記第一の電気信号に応答する前記レセプタクルと動作可能に接続され た第二の導体で生成される第二の電気信号を モニタリングする段階とを備える方法。 9.(d)所望の体積の流体が示す条件をあらかじめ決定する段階と、 (e)第二の電気信号を前記条件と比較して、前記所望の体積の流体がレセプ タクルに入っているかどうかを判断する段階とをさらに備える、請求の範囲第8 項に記載の方法。 10.モニタリングステップ(c)が、 i.第二の電気信号と関連する振幅および電圧のうち少なくとも一方をモニタ リングする段階を備える、請求の範囲第8項に記載の方法。 11.流体の体積を確認する方法であって、 (a)ある体積の流体をレセプタクルに入れる段階と、 (b)前記流体に接触しないように、前記レセプタクルに隣接して第一の導体 を配置する段階と、 (c)前記流体および前記第一の導体に接触しないように、前記レセプタクル に隣接して第二の導体を配置する段階と、 (d)第一の電気信号を前記第一の導体に入力する段階と、 (e)前記第一の電気信号に応答する第二の導体で生成される第二の電気信号 をモニタリングして、前記レセプタクル内の 前記流体の体積を確認する段階とを備える方法。 12.流体の体積を確認する装置であって、 (a)流体を収容するレセプタクルと、 (b)前記流体と接触しないように、前記レセプタクルと動作可能に関連する 第一の導体と、 (c)前記第一の導体が前記流体と接触しないように、前記第一の導体からオ フセットされた前記レセプタクルと動作可能に関連する第二の導体と、 (d)前記第一の導体と電気的に接続された、第一の電気信号の発生源と、 (e)前記第二の導体で生成される第二の電気信号を検出するために前記第二 の導体と電気的に接続されたモニタとを備える装置。
