Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 超音波によって目標領域を照射し、目標領域の位置を磁気共鳴法によって 決定する方法であって、目標領域の動きを適当な磁気共鳴法によって決定するこ とを特徴とする方法。 2. 超音波による目標領域の照射は、発生されるべき超音波の焦点領域をMR 法によって得られた位置及び/又は動きの情報によって目標領域の中の位置に調 節し、少なくとも1つの超音波パルスを発生することにより実行され、これらの 段階はある期間の間繰り返されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 3. 超音波パルスの発生の間に、 MR法によって目標領域の中の位置を決定する段階と、 発生されるべき超音波の焦点領域を目標領域の中にそのように決定された位置 に調節する段階とが実行されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。 4. 超音波による目標領域の照射は、 発生されるべき超音波の焦点領域をある位置に調節し、 焦点領域がMR法によって目標領域の中に配置されている期間を決定し、 決定された時間の間に少なくとも1つの超音波パルスを発生することにより行 われることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 5. 目標領域の動きは、 a. 人体の中でMRナビゲータ信号を発生し及び受信する段階と、 b. 受信されたMRナビゲータ信号から目標領域の位置を決定 する段階とを実行することによって決定されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4 のうちいずれか1項記載の方法。 6. 目標領域の動きを決定するために、 a. 流れ補正されたMRナビゲータ信号を発生し及び受信する段階と、 b. 流れに感応しないMRナビゲータ信号を発生し及び受信する段階と、 c. 受信されたMRナビゲータ信号から動く領域の速度を決定する段階とが 実行されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のうちいずれか1項記載の方法。 7. 目標領域の動きは、高速MRイメージ化パルスシーケンスによってMR画 像を再構築し、続いてMR画像から動く領域の位置を決定することによって決定 されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のうちいずれか1項記載の方法。 8. 超音波を発生する超音波源(118)と、 人体の中でMR信号を発生するMR装置と、 発生されたMR信号を受信し、処理する手段(105,109)と、 制御ユニット(110,111,116,117)とを含み超音波によって人 体の中の目標領域を照射する装置(100)であって、 制御ユニットはまた、決定された位置に応じて超音波源を制御するため、処理 されたMR信号から人体の中の目標領域の位置を決定するよう配置されているこ とを特徴とする装置。 9. 制御ユニット(117)は決定された位置を表わす位置信号(122)を 発生し、超音波ユニット(118,119)は位置 制御入力(120)を含み、発生されるべき超音波の焦点領域は位置制御入力( 120)に与えられた位置信号(122)に依存することを特徴とする請求項8 記載の装置。 10. 制御ユニット(123)は決定された位置に依存してトリガ信号(12 4)を発生し、超音波ユニット(118,119)はトリガ信号(124)が与 えられると同時に超音波を発生するよう配置されていることを特徴とする請求項 8記載の装置。
