Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.抜き取り吸気手段と、格納容器の壁の穴に取り付けられ、格納容器からの吸 気手段による吸気量を制御するように働く渦式増幅器とを含む空気抜き取りシス テムを有するグローブボックスなどの格納容器であって、空気抜き取りシステム が、さらに、前記壁に対してほぼ平行に延びるフィルタ管の中に取り外し可能に 配置されたフィルタを含むフィルタアセンブリと、少なくとも始めの部分が前記 壁に対して直角に延び、渦式増幅器の出口側とフィルタ管との間に流通を提供す る移送路とを含む格納容器。 2.移送路が、前記壁と垂直に延びる請求の範囲第1項に記載の格納容器。 3.移送路の断面積が、格納容器の壁の穴の断面積よりも小さい請求の範囲第1 項または第2項に記載の格納容器。 4.フィルタが、各端部に配置された環状支持部材と、両端部の中間に配置され た環状支持部材とを含み、各支持部材がフィルタ管の内壁と摺動し気密な係合状 態であり、フィルタがさらに、フィルタの一端の環状支持部材と中間の環状支持 部材との 間に延びる中空円筒要素と、中間環状支持部材とフィルタの他端の環状支持部材 との間の位置でフィルタ管と流通する移送路とを含む請求の範囲第1項から第3 項のいずれか一項に記載の格納容器。 5.各環状支持部材が、フィルタ管の内壁に対して気密な弾性気密部材を含む周 囲の封止材を有する請求の範囲第4項に記載の格納容器。 6.フィルタ管が、開いた両端を有し、その端部がそれぞれ、通常は取り外し可 能なカバーによって閉じられ、前記カバーを取り外して、きれいなフィルタをフ ィルタ管の一端から入れることができ、使用済みのフィルタが反対の端部から取 り出される請求の範囲第1項から第5項のいずれか一項に記載の格納容器。 7.きれいなフィルタを含む移送管が、前記端部からカバーを取り外して前記フ ィルタ管の端部に取り付けられ、移送管が、移送管からフィルタ管の中にきれい なフィルタを移動するように動作する移送手段を含み、きれいなフィルタが、フ ィルタ管から使用済みのフィルタを排出するように働く請求の範囲第6項に記載 の格納容器。
