Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.−蒸発型ゲッタ材料もしくは非蒸発型ゲッタ合金と、 −Ag2O、CuO、MnO2、Co3O4乃至その混合物のうちから選択され る酸化物と を含むゲッタ材料賦活の低温トリガのための組合せ材料。 2.ゲッタ材料と酸化物との重量比率が10:1〜1:1の範囲にある請求項1 の組合せ材料。 3.蒸発型ゲッタ材料が、カルシウム、ストロンチウム及びバリウムのうちから 選択される元素を含む化合物である請求項1の組合せ材料。 4.化合物が金属間化合物BaAl4である請求項3の組合せ材料。 5.非蒸発型ゲッタ材料が、ジルコニウム、チタン乃至その混合物と、バナジウ ム、クロム、マンガン、鉄、コバルト、ニッケル、アルミニウム、ニオブ、タン タル及びタングステンのうちから選択される少なくとも1種の別の元素を含むゲ ッタ合金である請求項1の組合せ材料。 6.合金が、2元合金Zr−Al、Zr−Fe、Zr−Ni、Zr−Co及び3 元合金Zr−V−Fe及びZr−Mn−Feから選択される請求項5の組合せ材 料。 7.合金が、70%Zr−24.6%V−5.4%Feの重量%組成を有する請 求項6の組合せ材料。 8.合金が、84%Zr−16%Alの重量%組成を有する請求項6の組合せ材 料。 9.合金が、76.6%Zr−23.4%Feの重量%組成を有する請求項6の 組合せ材料。 10.合金が、75.7%Zr−24.3%Niの重量%組成を有する請求項6 の組合せ材料。 11.ゲッタ材料及び酸化物が150μm未満の粒寸を有する粉末の形態にある 請求項1の組合せ材料。 12.ゲッタ材料及び酸化物が50μm未満の粒寸を有する粉末の形態にある請 求項1の組合せ材料。 13.請求項11の組合せ材料の粉末を含むゲッタ体乃至装置であって、粉末材 料の分布が全体に一様であるゲッタ体乃至装置。 14.圧縮された粉末のタブレットとして形成される請求項13のゲッタ体。 15.容器内の圧縮された粉末から形成される請求項13のゲッタ装置。 16.金属質支持体に圧着された粉末から形成される請求項13のゲッタ装置。 17.請求項11の組合せ材料の粉末を含むゲッタ体乃至装置であって、ゲッタ 体乃至装置の一部が酸化物粉末を含んでいないゲッタ体乃至装置。 18.ゲッタ材料のみの層(11)と請求項1の組合せ材料の層(12)から成 るタブレット(10)として形成された請求項17のゲッタ体。 19.下方部分に請求項1の組合せ材料の層(22)を収納しそして上方部分に ゲッタ材料のみの層(23)を収納した上面開放容器(21)として形成される 請求項17のゲッタ装置(20)。 20.請求項1の組合せ材料の層(32)を付着しそしてその上にゲッタ材料の みの層(33)を付着した金属質支持体(31)として平面状形態で形成される 請求項17のゲッタ装置(30)。 21.a)希土類元素、イットリウム、ランタン乃至その組合せのうちから選択 される金属、及び b)銅、錫乃至その混合物 を含む合金から成る第3成分を更に含む請求項1の組合せ材料。 22.酸化物と合金との重量比率が1:10〜10:1の範囲にある請求項21 の組合せ材料。 23.酸化物と合金との重量比率が1:5〜5:1の範囲にある請求項22の組 合せ材料。 24.合金が銅、錫及びミッシュメタルの合金である請求項21の組合せ材料。 25.合金が10〜50重量%の範囲のミッシュメタルの含有量を有する請求項 24の組合せ材料。 26.合金が40%Cu−30%Sn−30%MMの重量組成を有する請求項2 5の組合せ材料。 27.ゲッタ材料、酸化物及び合金が150μmより小さな粒寸を有する粉末の 形態にある請求項21の組合せ材料。 28.ゲッタ材料、酸化物及び合金が50μmより小さな粒寸を有する粉末の形 態にある請求項27の組合せ材料。 29.請求項21の組合せ材料の粉末を含むゲッタ体乃至装置。 30.酸化物と第3成分合金が混合物の形態で存在し、他方ゲッタ材料は該2成 分と混合されていない請求項29のゲッタ体乃至装置。 31.ゲッタ材料(43)の粉末の層(41)と、酸化物及び第3成分合金混合 物(44)の粉末の層(42)により形成されるタブレット(40)の形態にあ る請求項30のゲッタ体。 32.ゲッタ材料(43)が非蒸発型ゲッタ材料である請求項31のゲッタ体。 33.下方部分に混合物粉末(54)の層(52)を収納しそして上方部分にゲ ッタ材料粉末(55)の層(53)を収納した上面開放容器(51)として形成 される請求項30のゲッタ装置(50)。 34.混合物粉末(64)の層(62)を付着しそしてその上にゲッタ材料(6 5)の層(63)を付着した金属質担持体(61)として平面状形態で形成され る請求項30のゲッタ装置(60)。
