Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A chips-removing device 200, provided with a guide section 201 equipped with a guiding bolt hole at the same interval as a tap 1 coaxial with the tap 1, is fit in and securely fixed on a piston 16 reciprocating by a supporting arm 28 on a threading machine 11. When the chips-removing device 200 contacts a work 9, a limit switch 26 starts operating to turn the tap 1 in positive direction, and then, it is to make linear rotation following lead of the guiding bolt hole 202 of the chips-removing device 200, and therefore, the chips are shredded into small particles by crossing of an edge section 1B of the tap 1 and the chips-removing device 200.
