Abstract
PURPOSE: To maintain strength in a heat exchanger even at a drug treatment by means of an agent which is difficult to be burnt and which has no humidity absorbing nature onto corrugated plated and performing a drup treatment by means of an agent which is defficult to be burnt and which has a humidity abosrbing nature onto flat partition plates.
CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger 1 is constituted by a plurality of layers of corrugated plates 2 and flat partition plates 3 which are alternately laminated so that the first air flow (x) and the second air flow (Y) may pass to cross each other in the gaps of the adjacent layers AB. In the corrugated plate 2, a drug treatment by impregnation of the paper strength enhancing agent which affords the compression strength not only in low humidity but also in high humidity and an agent which is difficult to be burnt and which has no humidity absorbing nature is performed to an original paper which is obtained by paper-making mixing a ceramic fibrous material rial. On the other hand, in the partition plate 3, a drug treatment by impregnating of the paper strength enhancing agent which affords the compression strenght not only in low humidity but also in high humidity and an agent which is difficult to be burnt and which has a humidity absorbing nature is performed to an original paper which is obtained by paper-making mixing a ceramic fibrous material and a vegetative fibrous material
