Abstract

CONSTITUTION: An elastic foam 3 composed of foamed polyurethane or the like provided on the circumference of shaft 2 is beforehand compressed in its thickness direction and is inserted into the cylinder of a net form body 4, then the net form body 4 is supported to the circumference of the elastic foam 3 by the recovery force thereof, thus as the shaft 2 revolves, the foam 3 and net form body 4 revolve integrally.
