Abstract

PURPOSE: To eliminate unnecessary power supply by arbitrarily changing over a first power supply circuit for supplying power to a display circuit and a second power supply circuit supplying power to the magnetic video recorder-reproducer.
CONSTITUTION: The output 7 of a televison power supply circuit 6 is connected to the anode of a diode 13 and the output 11 of a VTR power supply circuit 9 is connected to the anode of a diode 14. The voltage obainable at the point 16 of connection is used as an operating supply power for a receiving circuit 1. Here, the output 7 of the power supply circuit 6 and the output 11 of the VTR power supply circuit 9 are changed over according to opening and closing of a television power supply switch 12 and a VTR power supply switch 17, whereby the operating supply voltage of the receiving circuit 1 is supplied. Thereby, recording of television broadcasting is made possile while the operation of the display circuit is held stopped.
