Further, the memory content of the address of the memory 14 is erased and the signal stored in the register 15 is rewritten in the memory 14 with the memory control unit 21. Thus, the operated condition of unit such as application, disconnection of unit and channel selection is detected and the operation of unit is interlocked, allowing to perform sure refresh with a simple configuration.
