Abstract

PURPOSE:To efficiently, economically manufacture the aluminum composite wire, by continuously pouring the aluminum alloy rod to be the core material and the molten aluminum to be the coating material, into the specified mold for the purpose of casting the composite billet, and then by hot working this billet. CONSTITUTION:The aluminum alloy rod 1 to be the core material (aluminum for electrical use, aluminum for industrial use, 5056 alloy, 5052 alloy, Fe alloy containing 1-2%Al, etc.) is retained by the core material retainer 2, and is sent into the center of the mold 6 while being preheated by the preheater 3, and is supported by the core material bench 7.
