Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a red heat temperature which serves to produce an excellent heating effect, by a method wherein a gap between a non-permeable cylinder and an outer combustion cylinder which are located below a combustion air controlling unit is provided wider than a gap between a permeable cylinder and an outer combustion cylinder which are positioned above the combustion air controlling unit.
CONSTITUTION: Small holes 5', 4' are perforated in a central and an upper portion of inner and outer combustion cylinders 5, 4. The holes in the inner combustion cylinder 5 are made in a diameter of 2mm or less, and the holes in the outer combustion cylinder 4 are made in a larger diameter than that of the small holes 5' in the inner combustion cylinder 5. A gap between non- permeable cylinder 6' and the outer combustion cylinder 4 is provided wider than a gap between a permeable cylinder 6 and the outer combustion cylinder 4 so that flames are adhered to the small holes 4' on the side of the permeable cylinder 6 to perform a steady combustion. A controlling unit 6" for combustion air is located around a size changing portion of the small holes 4', a slit gap being provided between the control unit 6" and the outer combustion cylinder 4. This causes a rising flow speed to increase at an upper portion where there is a narrow gap, whereby a pressure above the combustion air control unit 6" becomes lower compared with the pressure below the unit 6". As a result, a normal combustion is performed at the lower portion of the outer combustion cylinder 4 and a stability of flashing combustion increases at an upper portion thereof.
