Abstract
PURPOSE: To make it possible to obtain a stable conversuon output by connecting the base of a current supplying transistor to the bias power source terminal and giving the bias voltage of a potential between the power source voltage and the ground potential to the terminal.
CONSTITUTION: N-bit D-A converter circuits B1, B2...BN consisting of PNP-type current supplying transistor TQ1, NPN-type TrQ2 and PNP-type outputting TrQ3 which are separated from one another electrically are provided on the common substrate. Here, the base of TrQ1 is connected to the bias power source terminal 3, and the bias voltage of a potential between the potential of the power source voltage given to power source 1 and the ground potential is given to terminal 3, and bit inputs S1, S2...SN of a digital signal coded in the N-bit constitution are supplied to obtain an analogue signal output in the output end 2 side. As a result, the collector of TrQ1 holds a potential higher than the base potential, and a transmission injection current from the collector side toward the base side is not generated, so that a stable conversion output can be obtained.
