Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent malfunctions without damage of the high-speed operation, by providing a gate-grounded MISFET between a transmission gate MISFET and an input terminal to prevent influences for undershoot of the input signal. CONSTITUTION:When undershoot is generated to make the level of threshold or less at the fall time of input signal Ai, transmission gate MISFETQ1 and gate-grounded MISFETQ4 between the input terminal FETQ1 are turned on. In this case, the gate and the source of FETQ1 are short-circuited by FETQ4, and FETQ1 is turned off instantaneously, and leak of contents stored in MISFETQ3 as a capacity is stopped, and thus, malfunctions are prevented without use of a large-input time constant capacitor and so on and the delay operation. Consequently, malfunctions dependent upon influences of undershoot of the input signal are prevented without damage of the high-speed operation.
