Meanwhile, a heat exchanging chamber 7 is disposed to the ceiling, bounds where the dew condensation of wet air is prevented, the heat exchanging chamber 7 is communicated with said evaporator 4 through a rise pipe 5, on which way a compressor 6 of thermal medium vapor is mounted, and the thermal medium cooling liquefied by heat exchange with wet air is returned to said evaporator 4 through a fall pipe 8, on which way a reducing valve 9 is installed. Wet air heated in this dew condensation preventive device formed in this manner passes through an exhaust pipe 10, and is discharged through an exhaust fan 11.
