Abstract

PURPOSE: To make the early sampling possible, and to make the test accuracy possible to be obtained exactly, by filling the vent pipe to be connected to the container with the powder the same as the powder to be filled in the container, and by applying the hot hydrostatic press treatment simultaneously to contents of the vent pipe and the container obtaining the representative test specimen.
