Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable contour pictures to be readily made by recording the positive and negative of the subject on two sheets of photosensitive films respectively and combining the positive and negative on these films with a slight change in the rate of magnification and scale-down and printing the same.
CONSTITUTION: The positive 1a and negative 1k of the subject 1 are recorded on films 10, 11 so as to have a slight difference in the rate of magnification and scale- down. When the negative 1k is magnified, the films 10, 11 are superposed and are disposed between a light source 20 and a projecting lens 30 to print the combined images on printing paper 12, then the contour picture is printed. Conversely, when the positive 1a is magnified, printing of the positive 1a and negative 1k is performed by dividing the same to the 1st and second times, then the contour picture is obtained. If the rates of the magnification and scale-down of the positive 1a and negative 1k are the same, a printer of variable rates of magnification and scale-down is used. In this way, the contour pictures may be readily made.
