Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable a desired scorching to be performed, by displacing vertically a built-in heater by means of a motor, and by holding the heater suspended in a plurality of places at the inside of an oven. CONSTITUTION:After a second process is complete, a scorching time information is transmitted to a counter 74 from a memory device 73. Meanwhile, a heater position information is transmitted to a temporary memory register 75. Simultaneously, a heater-driving instruction signal S is generated from a central processor 71 for setting a flip-flop 76. A switch 65 is turned on thereby, radiant heat being projected from a heater as a result of the heater used as a browner being heated due to the electricity charged thereto. Concurrently, the heater starts to be displaced to the positions according to a cooking program previously programed. This causes a desired scoaching to be automatically performed at an potional oprtion by displacing the heater to the optional positions in an oven which are previously set in the cooking program.
